We have had issues with our Steelhead SM2500 and dealing with the Steelhead office has been horrible. After trouble shooting with them over the phone and ordering a new $1,200 controller we still had issues. Ordered a new $2,500 and pump and reservoir. They shipped the reservoir and it still had oil in it which leaked out and soaked the packaging during ahipping! So i am guessing they seen me a used unit. We sent them our old contoller for repair. Its been over a month since we sent our old controller in and they won't answer my emails or calls as to the status of the controller we sent in for repair. Worst customer service!
