I will start by saying I originally reached out to online customer service regarding an exchange because I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the Kelowna sports check staff. The customer service I received today was brutal.The first cashier I dealt with was unfriendly and she was completely uninterested in assisting me. She even went as far as accusing me for causing the hole in a pair of socks i wanted to exchange. She told me to go get another pack of socks and come back " I walked 10 feet away to the sock area

Perfect place to get hoodies/jackets if you're tall! They have good sales on them.Update June 20th, 2023: KIM IS LOVELYStill in the 5 stars! I've came in a few times now with Kim being my main lady I deal with, and I gotta say, she's a rockstar. Going into a place of retail, employees are always so unhappy to be there, not helpful and really slow with everything. Kim was the entire opposite every time ive got the pleasure to deal with her and its made my shopping experience here really pleasant. Im really happy to see shes in a work environment shes happy in. She deserves it. Thanks again for the efficiency and kindness. You're someone id be proud to have on my team.

We came in on a Saturday to buy my husband a short sleeve pullover. The shirt he was wearing had a Softball BC logo on the upper chest. We approached two employees who were standing still and chatting to each other, we had to interrupt their conversation because they seemed to have no interest in their customers. We explained what we wanted and one of them saw only the softball logo and said they had nothing in store that we wanted yet directed us to the baseball section. We did see what we wanted after we looked but decided to not buy at this store. We will buy in another city.

Friendly customer service from Charlie, the technician in the shop. He not only did a great job of putting on my new racquet overgrip for me, but he patiently showed me how to do it correctly so I could do it myself next time.

Great experience with Tyler, manager of the footwear department. He really knew his warranty policies and worked with me to get my defective Nike's replaced. Fantastic customer service, Ty!

As it's part of Orchard Park Mall there's lots of parking. There is a lot selection, seasonally, to be found. However, there is limited off-season stock should you be in need. Nice store and plenty of staff.

Terrible service. Trying to get help with some shoe sizes but the employee (Emily) was more interested in chasing commission from multiple customers than actually helping me. I waited for a size to try on for 15 minutes, but instead she decided to help another I'll-mannered customer who rudely interrupted while she was helping me. I decided to leave and went to Footlocker in the same mall. I had a much better experience.

Around three weeks ago, I could not find my preferred color for the brand I needed, and the price was somehow more in the store comparing online, but I am giving these stars to the sales advisor Rhys D who looked very knowledgeable and helpful about shoes and also to Cohen and Daniel and other shoe department customer service who were polite and helpful.

The space is nice and well maintained however they have a different stock of brands compared to other stores. I would recommend shopping online than buying in store for more offers and selection.
