CIBC Branch with ATM
I am international student. And I have GIC account with this branch. I got my first disbursement on 18 the December. And they are saying that my next disbursement will be on 18 th March. This is insan so technically I should get GIC disbursement by 18 th of feb. But because of they mistake in putting issue date on form i am getting late payment and as a student I need money to survive. Scotia is way better than CIBC when it comes to GIC account.

Went there twice. First experience was mid but this time around it was smooth and quick particularly Stacey who helped me setting up debit card and activating it. Much appreciated!!

Worst experience ever! Don’t waste your time with walker rd branch! Christina the manager needs to take leadership training and brush up in her interpersonal skills! What a horrible experience!

I had the pleasure of working with this branch in order to close out my late mother's estate. Not only were the staff here prompt but, they were kind and compassionate during our strained season. The branch manager Chantelle went above and beyond the expectations of service and did everything she could to ensure my mother's estate was closed before I travelled home. Thank you kindly for your professional service, your integrity actively radiates.

Long waits . Very un friendly staff !!! They act like they are doing you a favour , doing their job . They don’t care how long you wait . If I can give no star I would . Worst Cibc to go to in Windsor . It’s unfortunate that it’s downtown. They should be in a unknow location . Trash service

I'd had bad experiences in the past with this branch. However, I had the pleasure of working with Chantalle. She's thorough, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. If all the employees at CIBC were like her it would be an amazing bank.
