Canada Life Plaza Cafeteria
Great for breakfast, you get a good quality standard breakfast, 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast, 4 strip of bacon and 2 hashbrowns for ~$7.00. The lunch varies between a few options day to day, be aware it does get awfully busy after 11:30.

Not exactly gourmet but always delicious, healthy, and affordable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of room to sit if eating, meeting, or greeting. Even a microwave if you bring your own lunch from home. Everyone is welcome.

Canada Life Plaza Cafeteria
Typical cafeteria in heart of downtown. They do have daily special, usually burgers, sandwiches and fries. They try to serve two type of soups. The salad bar is decent. They also try to serve some kind of fish on Fridays, usually deep fried one. Prices are very reasonable . Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes to get your food during the lunch rush. The do have plenty of seatings.

The place is in the heart of downtown it is a great place to enjoy a great meal for your money's worth in buildings cafeteria. Which you can see right across from Victoria Park in Regina Saskatchewan! So you can see the all the staff working hard everyday I got you pass by Monday through Friday! If you want to go in and get some good food grandma is worth and their cafeteria then please do so. What you will be happy to get some good breakfast or lunch everyday that it's open Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.!!

I ordered a meal of fries, gravey and sandwich, the meal was not good it was terrible. It seemed brown people are not welcome here as a paying customer and felt very uncomfortable the entire time. The staff kept staring at me which I thought was very rude and demeaning. Will definitely not return. Can eat elsewhere where my patronage is appreciated.

Great place, good quality food for a decent price. They don't take credit card, just cash and debit. They have a schedule of food specials for lunch, by the weight salad bar, usually 2 soups, small selection of baked goods, and a grill that takes breakfast and lunch orders.

Perfect place to have salads and soups for lunch.. Wide spread variety of items to choose from..Also I love the all Canadian breakfast menu there (only sad thing is that it's not available all day - which could have been perfect lunch option too).Very reasonable price and at perfect location opposite Victoria park..
