No problem exchanging a gift that I didn't like. Very friendly staff.

This place smells nice and can get very very busy at peak times due to the fact that people like nice smelling things, and this store often has promotions around gift giving seasons that makes it worthwhile to go there (such as BOGO deals). It's better to go when it's a bit quieter. There are lots of good gift ideas as well.

I had a fantastic experience there today! Kelly (who was serving me) was very professional, explained everything in detail, how it would work for me and the benefits of the products right down to the samples! Little did she know I’m a Master Esthetician and Skin Therapist. I highly recommend visiting!

Quite disappointed in the return/exchange policy. Certainly not in the customers favour - I went in today Sat Jan 14 to potentially swap a product for the same type in a different scent that was given for Christmas. Was advised I would only be given lowest selling price as credit and would need to pay the difference as product is no longer on sale. To this I was surprised that they would not do an even exchange as I wanted the same thing. Then I was offered that if I bought two items I could get 20% off both - not interested in being up sold while the company profiteers off an exchange. Disappointed - as I sure there is a way this could’ve been easily swapped and I could’ve left as a delighted customer. This isn’t a unfamiliar practice in this field of retail disappointed they were unable to go out of their way to find a solution.

Great customer service. I was trying to buy seaweed SPF lotion online, for pick up. Unfortunately they do not offer this product online, but in store only.I talked to Rosalind at the store and she came up with an idea, how I can purchase the lotion. When I picked my purchase up, she explained to me why they cannot sell the FPS lotion online, and even added a note and samples. She was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to help me.

I've been a long time customer at The Body Shop chain but I had the BEST experience here today buying new body butter. The lady working the cash was friendly, knowledgable, and without being too pushy, informed me of their rewards program. She even went as far as to explain to me the bottle recycling program they offer after I asked if their bags were paper or plastic. When returning 5 small or large empty/cleaned containers, you get $10 off your purchase!All their scents are natural smelling and offer a very refreshing aroma and moisturizing technique. My go-to spot for creams and scrubs!

I love every Body Shop location. I have been using their products for 31 years now and would not know what to do if they ever closed! I have a dry skin condition and the medicated creams and washes don't smell very nice, but the body butter at Body Shop keeps my skin hydrated and I don't get itchy. Plus I am always complimented on how amazing I smell!

Descent sales, always polite staff. Good products most of the time, a balance between new products and old favorites...
