I visited today for the Bliss Package and was very happy with the services. My only complaint would be that it was noisy in the reception area (with it being staff, not customers making the majority), and that filtered into the service room and took away from the relaxation. Overall though, the scrub/facial left my skin feeling soft and refreshed. And the massage by Sonia was fantastic - I have had many massages in my lifetime and this was definitely in the top 5, I will return just to see her again.

I purchased a groupon for a couples massage and was blown away by the service! The staff is friendly and professional. They followed specific requests and provided information during the massages to help us feel more comfortable. The spa was also pretty and clean inside with a large selection of snacks and drinks to choose from.I look forward to returning in the future!

I had purchased a Groupon for a 60-min Couples Massage at TLC Rejuvenation Spa for my fiancé and me, as part of a gift for our anniversary. On Google, this business has great reviews. But after everything I had to deal with, I’m confused as to why I received such poor service.I have tried to book an appointment over the phone numerous times over the last 2 months, to the point that the Groupon was close to expiring. The Groupon instructed to make appointments via telephone (the number being the very same on their website and posted here) but each and every time, no matter what time of day (9 am to 9 pm), there is *NEVER* an answer and they don’t have a voicemail to leave a message. E-mail was basically the last resort to try to get ahold of them and even then they do not feel professionally handled when we were finally booked.My fiancé and I were booked to have our massage at 5 pm on Mar. 5, 2023. The appointment was booked for us on Feb. 21, 2023, which I had confirmed in reply. We arrived at the office and found that *nobody* was there.Lights off, Closed sign up, not even any times for business hours listed on it. I even called the phone number and could hear the phone ringing from inside, so I knew we were at the right location.We waited 20 minutes and nobody arrived…why would a company book an appointment for a time when they are closed?And if in fact, an emergency closure happened, there was no attempt at all to reschedule or update (by phone or email). It is a very unprofessional practice and honestly was a complete waste of our time, especially considering the 20 min trip to get to them.I don’t know if we can arrange to rebook another appointment but at this point, the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I have no interest in trying to seek service from here anymore.I had my Groupon refunded and I'm posting this here so that others don't waste their time as much as I had. I don't even think 1 star can even technically be counted, because you’d actually need to have gotten service there to begin with.

Went for a couples massage, the place overall is very clean and nice, staff are very friendly. I had Sonia for my masseuse, she was amazing and knew what she was doing, i felt extremely relaxed. My boyfriend was very happy with his lady as well.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!! I had an appointment and wanted to reschedule for another date and instead of trying to accommodate that the person I spoke to just told me they had no more future availability and try again later. This was after I had already purchased a Groupon. These people obviously don’t have a clue how to run a business

Today was my second visit with Suzie for massage and osteopathic work on my shoulder and neck. Suzie is amazing! She is a very knowledgeable, talented and caring. I will continue to book treatments with Suzie on a monthly basis. I highly recommend this spa and will be referring all my friends and family. Thank you Suzie for taking such good care of me ❤️

Rio did a great a job in my massage session. The place looks great and the ambiance is amazing. They have super friendly staff. Checkout the place.

Beautiful and clean spa! Very relaxing and inviting atmosphere with very friendly, hard working, experienced staff. They’re open everyday and extended hours make it easy to book. I enjoyed a wonderful massage and will definitely be back for more! Facials are next on my list of self care! Check it out! You won’t be disappointed!
