Valley Limousine

I am incredibly impressed with the outstanding customer service and transportation of this company. We chose to go with Valley Limo and Coach after speaking with Len. He was informative, helpful, accommodating and efficient. I was so pleased with the customer service we added on more transportation for the day of. I can’t say enough about how awesome the party bus was!!! The bus had so much space, all the glassware we needed, great sound system and coolers kept our drinks cold. We both felt the party bus was our favorite part of the night with our bridal party !

Jordan was our Limo driver and he could not have been more amazing!! He was funny and sweet!! I would Highly recommended Valley Limo & Coach!! And I especially recommend Jordan to be your driver!! Best service ever!!

I recommend using Len and Valley Limo.Leading up to my wedding, I worked exclusively with Len leading up to it for making the reservation, and confirmation of stops and he even let us come check out the fleet to pick out the bus that we wanted for our special day.On the day of the driver, Roger, showed up early, which I appreciated. When we walked out of the church we noticed that the red carpet and just married signs were missing, but went forward. Additionally, we noticed that the bus we agreed to with Len was not the bus we got. The radio did not work for us to be able to play the music we wanted and no water was provided (per the contract).Overall, Roger was a good driver in which he got us everywhere safely and our party knows no different.I did bring to Len's attention each of the misses and he not only apologized but compensated us for the miss.Full stop, people make mistakes but feel confident that they don't do this often. Knowing all of this, I still recommend their services because people make mistakes.

Night to Shine" is an unforgettable prom night experience for Special Needs kids and part of the Tim Tebow Foundation. They host a Prom Night with everything including a Red Carpet entry. Valley Limousine was kind enough to donate their services to the 202 attendees at the party and gave them the royal treatment. Len went above and beyond to get us a limo and driver at the time we requested for my mom's 80th birthday. Our driver Jay was awesome and helped make the evening feel super special.

Wow. Len saved the day! After another limo service over booked, canceled reservation and under communicated with us (sounds like the airlines) Len stepped in. This is the best Limo service in the Twin Cities! They really have a kind spirit and very accommodating. Charlie was on time and did everything to make our experience the best. He was a part of our celebration. Len is awesome to work with. He has great communication and will make it happen. The prices are very reasonable! The vehicle was nice and clean and had everything they said would be in there. Can’t wait to us them again! A+ Service!
