Been going to this location for over 4 years. For Spring and Fall tune up. Always we'll received and service was good ..never had to go back for any service they did. My Malibu and zi are quite pleased. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable..

We just purchased a new 2021 Rav4 Hybrid from Toyota l'île Perrot.That's our 4th Toyota in the last 12 years we are leasing or purchasing from this dealership.As always, what a great experience.Mr. Antoine Saade, our sales manager, answered every questions and concerns very professional.He is knowledgeable and very respectful.He was able to get us the new car within 3 days after our first visit. That was a very nice surprise.I would like also to mention also Mr. Payman from finance department, who took care of us very promptly and professionally. Also very knowledgeable and polite person.Overall, a great experience at Toyota l'île Perrot.I'm looking forward to the day I will be called for my new Rav4 Prime. I hope it will be soon.

Do not trust their mechanic reports on used cars. They gave me a report that said brakes were at 50% and there was a non-serious issue with the exhaust that was optional to repair. After driving it for less than a month I took it in for a check-up and found the brakes were totally shot, and the catalytic converter was busted. Bought the car (2005 Vibe) for about $2000 and now have to spend $1500 to get it in safe working condition. Liars and thieves (and it's also/alternatively possible that my mechanic is a liar and a thief, but considering his reputation I think that's less likely. I don't know who to trust these days...) Not recommended.

Went window shopping for a SUV very large dealership. Was very busy seeing that it was a weekend didn't help

Used department tries to sell scrap cars at high prices and won't negotiate.Bumpers falling off due to rust, door won't open, high km's. Wanting top dollar without negotiating. I never felt forced just insulted that someone would try to dump a car that belongs in a scrap yard as a used car safe for our roads. Insulted again by the ownership in their reply. Nothing but lies from these people. Not only did I walk away without buying a car, I want everyone looking at this place to walk away also. If you want scrap cars go to a scrap yard and save your money.

Great place, very professional and courteous,no stress, no bs straight up with the truth, cars are in great condition but variety isn't their strong point after all they are mostly American car dealership. Nonetheless worth a visit.

Stay away from this dealership. I decided to buy out my lease recently, and Ile Perrot Toyota constantly tries to take advantage of their customers - hoping they don't double check the numbers. First the lease contract says that the dealership can charge up to $300 to transfer the ownership. Ile Perrot Toyota decided to charge me $400 + taxes. I had to get a credit for that. Then they also charged me for an extra weekly payment. The Lease was for 3 years (or 156 weekly payments). When I got the car, I made the first payment at the dealership as per their lease contract. Then over the years, Toyota Canada automatically withdrew 155 weekly payments. However, when I purchased the car at the end of the lease term, the crooks at Ile Perrot Toyota tried to convince me that I had one payment left. I ended up believing the crooks, and paid again. After getting home and pulling the original lease contract and going over the last 3 years of my banking statements, I paid 157 weekly payments instead of 156. Now I have to fight with Ramin/salesperson to try to get my money back from these crooks... I know the times are currently tough for car dealers, but this fraud is not acceptable!!! On top of that, the weekly lease payment contains the GST/QST taxes. The crooks at Ile Perrot Toyota charged me tax on top of the lease payment tax. Now I know everyone makes mistakes, but Ramin is the most senior sales person there, and he has been doing this for quite some time (and on a daily basis). Does anyone actually believe these 3 errors were just mistakes? or were they intentional? I called Toyota Canada and their computer clearly stated that all payments were made, and yet Ramin said that one was still outstanding based on the Toyota Canada computer.... I think this speaks volumes... Stay away!!!
