Domino's Pizza

If I could give zero stars I would, first I call the dominos on Corydon to get an order done that I have gotten delivery from them for multiple years for my kids birthdays and was told we don't go to that location ! What about the last 3 times ? Well they direct me to the osborne location and as I am about to complete the order they ask for payment now as it was over $50. Sorry but I am not paying for a pizza delivery before it arrives and to make sure its all there for the birthday party. For being a long time customer that is a horrible experience. Every year we choose your pizza for birthdays and events and even my own orders ! Absolutely unacceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience ordering from Domino’s. Like most people I don’t consider dominoes a high-end pizza restaurant.I decided to order from Domino’s because they are close to me and I haven’t had their pizza in a long time.I ordered a large thin crust chicken taco pizza with extra spicy peppers on top.The pizza itself was delivered within 22 minutes of ordering it which made me wonder if it was actually done or not.Since it was a thin crust I guess it cooked rather quickly because it was well cooked and actually tasted pretty good. I would’ve liked a little extra cheese on it, as it was advertised having three cheeses, but all in all it wasn’t a bad pizza.I would have given them 3 1/2 stars but they do not offer truly contactless delivery. I had to take the pay system from the driver, enter in a tip and tap my credit card, then hand it back to them.I asked about just paying over the phone with my credit card and I was told that they don’t do that. I’ve ordered pizza from other establishments that allowed me to do this and it’s A better truly contactless system. I hope dominoes addresses this and allows people to pay over the phone in the future.I would order from them again. The price was good andThe pizza was good. Not high end but certainly worth the money.

What a massive waste of my time having to leave this sort of review. I don’t want my money back so don’t bother calling. I love dominos. My friends and family always order from various locations. However, I purchased from Osbourne in particular a couple times and it’s hasn’t been the greatest. This past Sunday on the 5th of Jan I got 2 med pizzas and a cheese bread. What followed was the worst case of food poisoning I believe I have ever suffered in my life. 20 plus bathroom trips coming out of both ends from 11pm-10am the next morning breaking into cold sweats and almost passing out twice. I eat health and do a lot of cooking on my own but needed good food in a pinch. Completely let down to the say the least. When you go to the Osbourne dominos it’s run by people that clearly don’t take health and safety into consideration. You’re preparing for working class people and their families, have some pride in what you’re preparing. Please cook your food properly and use better ingredients. Consumer beware.

Just picked up my pizza and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely be ordering again soon :)

Wish I could rate a 0!! Ordered so many times and there is something wrong with my order all the time. No dippings, no show by thr driver for hours, you ask for a square cut pizza and they dont know what that means apparently.

468 osborne makes my son’s usual pepperoni pizza extra cheese puffy crust delicious fast and friendly staff thanks y’all.

Decent pizza at a good price. Easy to order. Our order included a donation to the Kids Hospital.They had forgotten to make part of the order. We had to wait an extra few minutes.

Absolutely useless instore staff. They messed up the cinnastix. They made a garlic bread, realized they messed up, then put a close to half a packets worth of of cinnamon sugar on it to try to mask the taste. How grade-level does your head need to be to do that? Useless

This is the only Domino's in the city I've ever had issues with. Hands down the worst, deserves zero stars but it's not an option. The delivery driver prompted that my pizza was delivered and I thought maybe he went to the back door as some delivery people do. Nope he didn't. Confused I went back up to my apartment to get my phone which took a minute or two. When I went back down to the front door I went outside and found my order on the ground cold very clearly placed there. Absolutely disgusting service. Oh I should also mention my order sat in quality check for almost an hour.
