The service and quality of product at this place has so far been incredible. My mother struggled to hear with her old hearing aids. Since going to Red Door, she listens to the TV so low that I need to ask her to turn up the volume.

My 87 mother and I were amazed by the expert service and processes at Red Door. No charge for her detailed hearing testing or until she was fully satisfied with the hearing aids. She did not feel pressured or mislead into purchasing higher end products for her moderate, specific hearing loss - she hears so much better now, particularly at noisy family gatherings.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to answer the many questions we had and showed us a variety of options available to find a solution suitable for our needs. They even have free hearing tests and you can try out any of their hearing products to find the right one for you!
