MANAGER (wearing a Teal mask in the AM) WENT ON A POWER TRIPI was shopping here today for Black Friday. Everything went well right until I got to the till. The cashier was doing an exchange and took a while (did not mind because I had nowhere to be). The manager (teal mask lady) had to be called because the cashier made a mistake. She went on a loud power trip and said demeaning and degrading words along the likes of You didn't do this right in the beginning" and even said "Going forward all returns and exchanges has to go through me". I know reading this does not have the same impact but her tone was so condescending that I felt so bad for the cashier. I can tell that the cashier felt bad because of her tone and body language

Cleanly, good quality (and the bathing suit I bought was priced way better than when I looked at bikini village or swim co). Workers were helpful on what would fit my pregnant body comfortably, and helpful with getting me sizes. Didn't feel judged at all! Thanks!

HORRIBLE customer service.I am a mother, who shops with a stroller. And in a womans store, I would have hoped that there would have been a change room big enough i could take my stroller in but, there WASN'T i had to park my stroller in a small hallway area, and bring my put my daughter on a blanket on the floor in the change room so I was able to try things on. To which I STILL WAS NOT helped. I went threw 15 minutes of looking around, trying things on, and the only employee who spoke to me, was the cashier and she has no choice, because I was paying for my items.I will NEVER shop at this establishment again.

I have always had the utmost amazing customer service at this location. The staff has always been so helpful and friendly. I have always felt they take the time to really ask what it is I’m looking for and for what occasion. I have boughten shapeware and was able to return the item with no problem. I do know that all shapeware they carry come in different varieties I am pleased that the company has standards in place to protect their future customers purchasing items for hygiene reasons.

Amazingly friendly staff, I felt like I was shopping with friends! Great selection of swimwear. Will definitely be returning.

Big thank you to one of the girls today! I didn’t get her name but she had wicked pale green and gold fingernails and short blonde hair. I overheard her talking about a super comfortable bra and I tried it on! Best thing that ever touched my body! Thanks for your help ! I will be back !

I had a bad experience at your south common store. My friend and I refuse to shop at the south common store for poor customer service. U heard our story and fixed the problem about a employee there. I will only shop at your store u made Me and my friend welcome. I have medical condition and a staff member got me a stool to sit and rest while friend finishes her shopping. I will be back excellent customer service. Thanks so much 10 thumbs up
