Costco Pharmacy

I got my meds. It took two hrs waiting. When i paid i realized its more expensive than what i use to pay in another pharmacy. I decided to switch to cosco to get my meds and getoceries at the same time. But when i compared the costco price with the other pharmacy i see costco is almost 70% more EXPENSIVE for the exact same medication!Same amount, same dose, even same manufacturer!Does Costco pharmacy over charged people?!!!Why near 70% higher?!I can add a picture of the bills side by side here if needed.

Talked to pharmacy on Sunday, they said come and get 2 prescriptions and the other will be ready in 2 days. So , we went on Sunday only to find zero parking and went home. Returned 2 days later to get all 3 prescriptions and only 2were ready , so was told to wait 15 minutes. Shopped and waited 20 minutes only to be told the third prescription had been recalled and unavailable. Why wasn’t I told the two times before ? Poor communication. So sick of all the WAITING!

Those employees are racist , if you are not from Philippines don’t even bother to go there. I love people from Philippines but not in Costco pharmacy, because they are o unpleasant to deal with.

This review is for the Mail Order Pharmacy with the same address as the warehouse.I like it, medications delivered way better than pickup Thank you so much Costco!

Promised to fill prescription in two day.I came in a week .not done.Wating for 20 dollars prescription medications isn't worth at all.They never call !lost so much time.Staff confused and unpleasant!

Besides the long wait time and slow-moving lineup to pick up the prescriptions, that seems very normal for this location!I, unfortunately, noticed 3 employees at prescription drop-off talking to each other and checking their phones and laughing without acknowledging that people are waiting in line. no eye contact and no acknowledgment and carelessness regarding their surroundings. I asked to talk to the manager and they ignored me. Until I persist then Dr. Linda helped me fill-up the prescription

The pharmacy at this location is horrible. Every time I go, I end up waiting for hours, either because they fail to communicate the status of prescriptions, or they make mistakes.The last time I went, the pharmacist told me they were really busy, and suggested I should wait 4 days after the date when they say it will be ready, to make sure it’s available for pick-up when I arrive. This time, I waited 1.5 weeks, and it still wasn’t ready. I’ve been in this store, killing time, for 2.5hrs and they’re telling me to wait a little longer.The only reason I’m not rating them as 1 star is because the staff are generally pretty friendly, and the prices are lower than most other pharmacies.

If you’re asking yourself if the negative reviews are an accurate reflection and if a pharmacy can really be THAT bad, trust me, this place is terrible. It’s not even worth the small savings you’ll get from shopping here.The staff lie about if/when prescriptions will be filled by, they give inaccurate time estimates for things to be done, and they’re woefully unprepared for the volume this location receives.I phoned yesterday about a prescription and the gentleman told me he was going to have it filledw shortly after we finished on the phone and it would be ready for pickup the following morning. I arrived early afternoon and waited 20 minutes in line to be told it hadn’t yet been filled; I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Before leaving I told them this was my first time visiting the pharmacy and asked if they wanted my benefits information. They said I could provide this when I came to pick it up.Came back to pick up my prescription and was told because they didn’t have my benefits information it would be another 10-15 minutes while another colleague entered everything in the system.It’s now been 15 minutes as I write this and I’m still waiting for my medication. Going on an hour to pick up something that should have been ready when I arrived.Such a joke. The manager of this department should be fired.

My worst experience with Costco pharmacy. Dealt with three different staff on three different occasions and they were all impatient and unsympathetic. Did not acknowledge their shortcomings when I expressed my discontent about the service I received. Never experienced bad customer service at any other Costco location. I won't be coming back to this pharmacy.

They staff are not reliable. They promised tow time to prepare some medicine for me and both times they failed. The pharmacists just read the doctor orders. They have very basic knowledge about the medicine interactions and side effects.
