Needed a shifter cable assembly replacing on super short notice. Called at 12pm and they were able to fit me in for a repair the same day just before the long weekend. Tanya was incredible helping coordinate everything and Mike in service was super kind doing the repair for me, even saying he would stay late to finish it if needed. Best experience I've had at a dealer so far.

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a Ford Explorer from this dealership, and while the sales experience was satisfactory, I must express my disappointment with the post-sales experience.To begin with, when I took delivery of my Ford Explorer, I was surprised to find that it came without a hood cover. After making multiple calls to the dealership, I finally discovered that the Explorer is sold without this basic accessory. Frankly, I never expected to spend 60k on a car only to find it missing essential components. This lack of transparency regarding the absence of a hood cover was frustrating and left me feeling deceived.Furthermore, another accessory that was missing from my purchase was the summer floor mats. Astonishingly, it has been over a year since I bought the vehicle, and these floor mats are still on backorder. This extended wait for a basic accessory is highly inconvenient and reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction.While the sales team was helpful and accommodating during the initial stages, the lack of clarity regarding the missing hood cover and the ongoing unavailability of summer floor mats have greatly soured my experience. The post-sales support has been subpar, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer.I understand that occasional oversights can happen, but the dealership's response to these issues has been less than satisfactory. Communication regarding the missing hood cover should have been provided upfront, and the extended backorder time for the floor mats is unacceptable.I hope the dealership takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their post-sales experience. As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations from a reputed Ford dealership.

Required warranty repair and had an appointment scheduled but the part didn't want to wait. Towed the car there but was told it would have to wait and out of nowhere I get the call it's ready for pickup and the oil change was done as requested too! Great service, excellent staff and very professional, highly recommended.

We recently leased our new vehicle through concept ford and had a great experience start to finish. We had been in the market for a while and it was the first dealership that didn’t pressure or make us feel bullied into making a quick sale. Craig was great to work with, got back to us and answered any questions we had really quickly; and was very patient as we reviewed our options. Both Craig and Rachel were also very helpful when explaining all of our financial options. Will definitely be returning for any future car needs, and would definitely recommend.

Took my ford focus in because my mechanic couldn’t figure out the issue with it, meaning it should have been a wiring of technical issue. Ford was so nice and super communicative, I felt so confident leaving my vehicle there to figure out such a difficult issue. Thank you!

Had my first service for the recall. Everything went smooth. Parts availability took a month which is to be expected. Tanya was my service advisor and she was great with keeping me updated which the vehicle was in service.

Firstly, Mike was a complete gentleman. He should be hired by the dealer association to train other sales people in the industry. He is warm, welcoming, empathetic and really listens.Unfortunately, the finance manager lacked the same finesse and was a bit pushy on the upsell which made me uncomfortable.Although my experience with Mike was the best I have ever experienced at a Dealership the car was delivered with minor damaged due to a rushed job removing the tinting and break light covered. There are tears on the interiors door panelling and scraped paint on near the lights. Obviously this is the last thing you want to experience when spending close to 45 K on a vehicle.I’m very disappointed as I had waited years to purchase my dream car and was not impressed with how it was delivered.

Carmen was a great help with my parents buying there new vehicle, my parents had a blast with him and the crew carmen was very knowledgeable and new his stuff .thanks again for all the help.
