Stopped in this morning to grab a coffee before work and the staff there for opening were absolutely delightful! Wonderful vibes in the café, super friendly, quick, and welcoming service, and great at connecting with customers.

When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, the drive thru was backed up and it was a full house inside. I waited quite awhile for my coffee to no fault of the baristas. You could tell they were run off their feet, but they continued to pump out order after order. I understand that these baristas are making complicated hand crafted beverages, not just simple double doubles, so I applaud them for working so hard all the while keeping smiles on their faces.

About The SERVICE: -1* The girls that works there never smile, the tone is most of the time as they are annoyed.-1*But what bothers me the most is that they manipulate food with bare hands.About SANITARY-1*And the girls and guys with long hair have NO NET! The girls wear ponytails but with Super Long bangs falling off in each side of their face which pend the food and drinks they prepare! Hair can fall with no net! And food should always be prepares with gloves in restaurants/ cafés and fast food places!ABOUT FOOD: The food is…ok if you like frozen reheated food…..I Guess…About DRINKS: the Hot chocolate is awesome as it is made with Dark Chicolate and the Macciato is delicious too!

If I could give this location a higher rating, I would! Absolutely amazing team.Always greeted when we came in and the team members were insanely friendly and patient.We were only in Owen Sound for a very short time, however the staff remembered us from the previous and had a little chat.

This is your typical Starbucks affair. It's very open and roomy at this location. I'm used to Toronto, small cramped spaces so it was a welcome change. The staff was very friendly and quick. The store was quite empty, but it was dinner time onn a Friday night. It would be nice if they had some sort of a fireplace or a comfy nook at this location because it has so much space!

First of all, I always have a great experience here. Today I ordered a latte from a new location and I think the staff are still learning how to make their drinks. I was already halfway to Owen Sound, so I thought I'd ask if they might be able to add either an espresso shot or a vanilla pump. Instead, they remade the latte and provided me with a refund, which I didn't ask for or expect. Mackenzie should be recognized for her wonderful customer service skills.

This location is stylish and clean and they always get my drink right. The staff is what makes it a guaranteed 5-star though because they are extremely kind and patient, and tend to always be ready for a quick chat or a laugh. (Expectations on baristas to always be in a good mood is not realistic, the job can be very stressful; but I think this staff deserves a shout out for always trying to give the customer a pleasant experience - it is appreciated!)

Always happy faces working here! Drinks are made accurately and in a rapid pace! Always have to stop in when camping in the area
