The hours of operation are poor. Closes at 6:30PM. We arrived just after 7PM on a Wednesday evening excited to browse as we were looking for two specific items. So we ended up going to Home Sense where we ended up spending our money instead - a loss to Structube of hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Eek!

The place looks really nice. However, me and my friend are going to university and we were looking at furniture for our new apartment. And the worker here, kept giving us bad looks and being extremely rude just because we are students. Will not be coming back and do not recommend this store for students. It is highly unprofessional…

First time purchasing from Structube and I have absolutely no complaints! My boyfriend and I entered the store just to look around and left having bought an absolutely gorgeous bookshelf (floor model) for our shared office space. The staff were extremely helpful, fully disassembled it themselves, and carefully wrapped each individual piece to ensure the quality of each component. They also printed off and provided the original assembly instructions. The product was easy to assemble at home, is extremely good quality, and is overall just a gorgeous addition to our home. I would absolutely recommend Structube to anyone looking for furniture! Also a huge thank you to the awesome ladies who were working the Sunday shift today!

I just walked in the store. Three employees there, not one customer other than me. I walked through the whole store. Wasn’t acknowledged once and left. Not sure what has happened to good customer service- but this kinda thing makes me not want to give them my business.

Recently (over the stay-at-home order), I've had to call the Structube Guelph location a few times to inquire on both a pending order and a new order. Both times I talked to Samantha, and she was beyond helpful! I was faced with an unfortunate situation on a pending order and she went above and beyond to find resolution. For my new order, I was trying to shop over the phone for a few home décor pieces and she found/recommended exactly what I was looking for with ease.I am appreciative of Sam's initiative and level of customer service!

UpdateWe received a call from our Stone Road location to coordinate the delivery of our sectional and all worked out as they described. I had a pleasant conversation with the store manager who expressed sincere desire to ensure my experience with them was a positive one...and in the end it was. It was explained to me they are making efforts toward maintaining pro-active communication re: order timelines and deliveries. They do have great quality products. By maintaining open communication and managing expectations, Structube will keep customers happy and loyal. Thank you Guelph Structube - we love our SOFT sectional!

This was the first time buying from Structube and this store did not disappoint. This store is beautiful, the furniture, accessories , rugs, everything is gorgeous. They honestly have the best management and staff. They are extremely friendly and they really take their time with you but not like other furniture companies where they just follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable . I have never experienced such top notch customer service. Thanks again Parveen and Tia you guys were the best!! (The delivery was awesome too btw!!)

The online store & customer service is a complete disaster, but the staff at this Guelph location is fantastic. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Special shoutout to Samantha for going above & beyond to track down the pieces in our months-late online order and get them to us sooner than promised online. She is a star!

The best management and staff at the Guelph Stone Rd. location, everyone there deserves a raise, they go above and beyond for their customers. I have experienced the most wonderful customer service every single time, they truly value each and every single one of their customers. They are also very knowledgeable in their products, understanding your furniture and decor needs and willing to help in every way they possibly can whether it is during the purchasing process, order status and delivery.
