I backed into one of my colleague’s vehicle accidentally and chipped off the paint of his front plastic bumper. The chip measured approximately 5cm in length and 2 cm in width. My colleague’s car was a 2017 Toyota Highlander, which he purchased 3 months back. He insisted that he wanted it to be fixed from the dealer itself. We went to Toyota authorized body shop Don Wheaton which was suggested by the ‘Toyota on the Trail’ dealer. Don Wheaton gave me a quote of $1058 after inspecting the damage. I was overwhelmed by the price and I went to a few other body shops around the same location as Don Wheaton and got quotes from them in the range of $350 - $450 for the same damage. I have previously seen the work of one of these body shops and they did a good job. As my colleague was adamant on going to only a Toyota body shop, I had no other choice. After various attempts of negotiation and explanation, the manager at Don Wheaton came down to $875, which I thought was still way more than the actual price. The car was given on Monday (8th May, 2017) and the repair was finished by Friday (12th May). I’m attaching pictures below of the vehicle with the damage to give you an actual idea of how I got ripped off.

Someone spray-painted graffiti on the windows and hood of my car. I could barely see to drive. Eric (the manager) told me to bring the car in as soon as I could and he'd see what he could do. He managed to clean it ALL off without damage to paint in just a few minutes, rinsed the car -- and didn't charge me. I lease from Don Wheaton Chevrolet and Pro Color Collison works with them (that was my referral). Clearly a good team! Excellent, friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend!

Just walked in to check out my door problem, was helped by a wonderful gentleman quickly and effectively! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

My dad got his vehicle fixed from here and had nothing but good things to say about David and John. It took a while to get the parts for the vehicle, but kept him in the the loop the whole time. They let him take his vehicle home while waiting for one last peice and gave him a loaner car when the part came in.

Great customer service, staff are very friendly and professional. From the estimate and booking my vehicle was so quick and easy. Called for my rental vehicle as well for pick up. They finished the job on the given estimated day for it to be completed. Quality of job I cant complain as it looks like my vehicle was never in an accident. Definitelty recommended!

Had my bumper replaced by these guys and it looks perfect! They do great work at a good price and help in every way they can! Good clean shop and professionals that know what they're doing means fast repair times from when your car goes in the shop, to when you pick up the keys.

Come here for over spray, dry sprayed areas, paint runs, more damage to panels, poor reassemble and rust after you leave with no warranty. Atleast the false employee ratings are nice.

Drunk driver crashed into my vehicles and house. My garage collided into my wife's vehicle as well as wrote my truck off. They had to do a bunch of work to quote out what was wrong with my truck but ended up being a write off. They fixed my wife’s car perfectly. Helped find me a rental truck and helped with transportation. Highly recommend.
