i’ve never been a person to be ‘loyal’ to one salon, but after my appointment with esther that’s gonna change for sure. i was in the salon for 5 hours and paid less than $200 to go from dark brown to highlighter green. in love with the environment and everyone was super kind. in love with how my hair turned out <3

This is one of the best salons I have ever been to in all the years I have been getting my hair done. All the staff are very professional, punctual, friendly, and pay attention to detail. They have been with me through all my major life journeys and have been very helpful with making my hair look set for any and all occasions. It’s a comfortable environment, a home away from home, and always a pleasurable experience every time I come. I have very thick 4c hair and they are able to provide services to make it more then manageable. Come check it out you won’t be disappointed!!

I absolutely love this salon and the ladies that work here are just as amazing. There’s honestly no one else I really trust with my hair. I travel 3 hours just to come here and get my hair done. Worth it, no where else I’d rather go. They always do me right! I get soo many compliments after I visit.

Ambiance is such a relaxing and welcoming environment to be in when you’re taking care of yourself. I have been to ambiance for about 3 or so weeks now. There is a female there her name starts with a Z. Beautiful soul and always asks me how I’m doing, or if I need anything extra. Makes me feel completely at home. Thank you Z

Friendly staff. I went for a silk press and it came out good. I hope they can offer more services and recommend better products for 4C hair in the future. Also they could also look into better hair dryers for 4C hair (Revlon, RevAir)

Have been coming here since I was 13! I’m going to be 23 in May, and have always left this salon happy with what the ladies here have done with my hair!! Whether it was a quick cut, touch-up or a colour change, they have always helped my sister, mom, and I with what we’ve wanted and continue to keep us happy!

I cannot imagine giving this salon anything less than 5 stars. From my initial telephone call to the end of my hair appointment, my experience was nothing short of excellent.My stylist did a wonderful job of treating and styling my hair. She was knowledgeable, easy going and relaxed. This was my first visit, and Merri knew exactly what my hair needed.The entire staff were friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere in the salon is cosy and welcoming.I strongly recommend this salon!
