I must say the service I have received was something I never encountered in any big car dealership I went to, everybody was friendly and honest, they didn't push me to buy a car and truly were looking out for my best interest when it came down to securing financing... Would highly recommend them if your cars looking rough! My 2017 Honda civic was falling apart due to wear and tear and they clipped my bumper back on, fixed my gas cap and my door trim was falling off they repaired everything! my car looks brand new thank you lucky 13.

Pawel was very quick with any inquiry we had and was very accommodating with any checks we wanted to do with the car prior to purchasing it.We bought a 2003 BMW Z4 from Lucky 13 and there was no buyer's remorse. We have been checking Autotrader since we purchased our car and up to now, we couldnt find a better price and mileage. The value is unbeatable.We came in with a budget and he worked the numbers with us, and even with the additional conditions we had (e.g. new tires, fixing some minor cosmetic issues, etc) Pawel did not change the agreed upon price. He even gave us an extended warranty for peace of mind at no extra charge. We got the car on the day he promised and he addressed all the preconditions.I understand that i purchased a 17 year old car and issues may arise in the future, but I am confident that Lucky 13 will honour the warranty that they have given me.I would recommend to friends and family.

BEWARE! TEST DRIVE AND TAKE TO A TRUSTED MECHANIC BEFORE PURCHASING!!!! I recently bought a 2018 Journey. Immediately it had problems, I returned the following week for repairs. I still felt after this something still wasn’t right. I took it to my mechanic and found another issue. Returned to have the issue fixed. Was told I’d have a rental as I had to work that day. Was then told last minute that there was nothing available to me so I’d have to sit and wait 6 hrs (an hour away from home). After a fight I was given a loaner (somehow one became available? Strange). I’ve expressed to the owner that a tank of gas would be polite after an experience like this and he disagrees. Feels he’s done more than enough by BARELY dealing with the minimum issues. The vehicle still vibrates and makes a crunching sound, but he refuses to acknowledge that his customer service is lacking. I have been given absolutely zero compensation for my gas and time away from work.

Bought a vehicle from these guys, and it was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Very up front with the history if the car. Had a couple little issues with the car, and I brought it back and they fixed them, no questions asked. Have told a few friends looking for a car to visit them.
