I went in and asked about a lawn mower I wanted to buy, thought it was weird when the sale Associate asked if I wanted to buy it just look at it. This line of questioning made me feel like I was more of an inconvenience then an actual paying customer, anyways I purchased the lawn mower because I needed it, was impressed the young guy working out in the back of the store helped me put it in my car.

Clean, well organized store with very friendly and helpful staff. Does not have full home renovation sections (missing flooring, only available at Auror location per staff)

The best place for service. What they don't have they will order and staff are well versed in obscure hardware needs. One of the few places where you can still get nails and screws by the pound in paper bags. Environmentally and cost effective. Bravo!

I needed a couple of things and a pair of solar lights that were on sale . The computer said there were 2 but could not find them . Got a raincheck for the solar lights ✨️. Also got the wrong parts for toilet seat but was able to return them and get the correct ones . Support your local mom&pop family stores before it's too late .

Usually good in there. But today I came in for poision to kill a mouse that is outsmarting my natual way of getting rid of it and traps have not working either. Time to pull in the big guns to get rid of the super smart mouse. The 20 yr old in there told me to buy traps I am already using and then proceeded to tell me, a 50yr old woman, to use cheese as bait. Really, in my 50 yrs in the world I would never have thought to try that, or other comman knowledge things like peanut butter. I do not come to a store to be talked down to by a kid.

I arrived at their store literally 30 seconds after 6 PM. The closing time was 6 PM and the doors were locked but there were staff inside the store and there were some customers checking out. I needed an item that was very important and couldn’t wait until the next day but the manager refused me entrance. I told him I knew what I need ed and I’d be very quick, but he still refused. Is that what you call customer service? Send that manager back to training school!
