I am writing this review for my realtor Neeraj Kumar(eXp Realty) with a lot of joy and excitement.Realtor experience does not count just by selling and showing homes to help homeowners, but it also comes with a lot of assessment on what homeowners need, understand their need and align to their request and finally be humble.This is my first home in Vancouver and i was really lucky to meet Neeraj who has the personal touch that i have not experienced with other realtors. He takes real good care of the home-buyers and gives home suggestions that best suits our needs. This is because he understands the housing market better and the future trend of the housing area.I guess i would be one of the difficult customer for Neeraj because of my tight budget. But he never put me down and gave the confidence and gave support wherever required.In addition to his expertise, he is backed up with a great team to help home-buyers achieve their dream faster. I was able to secure a home in 3months, would you believe it? It was all because of the team effort from Neeraj and his team.I strongly recommend any new home-buyer who is planning to move into their primary residence or buy property for investment to get help from Neeraj.Thanks Neeraj for all the help! His exceptional knowledge combined with experience and keen eye in building structure helped us tremendously. He has always presented the facts and allowed us the time to make the decision.
