Backyard Leisure was extremely helpful with the decision and purchase of out hot tub. They and the 2 installation guys that came to our house to put the hot tub in were extremely helpful. Very respectful and knowledgeable about the care and use of the tub. Would definitely recommend Backyard Leusure to anyone looking for their products. We bought our first hot tub here. Ty and his team have been absolutely outstanding with the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with and make sure the sale from beginning to end runs smoothly. The best part is, the service doesn’t stop at the sale. I purchased a house with a beachcomber hot tub more than 10 years ago, the service guys have been amazing in maintaining/fixing any issues we have had.

The entire process of selecting a hot tub to getting it installed was fantastic. The folks at the store were knowledgeable, helpful and always there to help answer any questions. The installation team was really amazing as well. They were on time, professional, got everything installed and went over everything we needed to know about the tub and maintenance. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Backyard Leisure if you’re looking for a quality tub and purchasing experience.

My wife and I looked around the city and found that Backyard Leisure was the best decision for our family's first hot tub. They were very welcoming from the start. Tyrell was very informative and patient as we were completely new to this and had many questions. They made the whole process seem way to easy and smooth! Couldn't ask for a better experience in the purchase and installation of our Jetsetter LX hot tub. We did a lot of research and found that the Hot Springs hot tub was comparable, in most cases better, than Arctic Spa and Beachcomber. There was excellent and and professional sales from Ty. He got us the tub we wanted under our budget. Colin and Richard were meticulous in the installation process and overcame several obstacles that our site presented. We are thoroughly enjoying the health benefits and aesthetics of our hot tub. Thanks!

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and easy to work with from weighing options, to the delivery and set up team. Aside from a long wait, everything with our purchase was smooth. We love our hot tub and are confident that the staff at backyard leisure will be there to support us with any questions along the way.

Very disappointed with your service department. Called about a pipe leak at the end of March 2023. They finally came to have a look at the pipe leak the beginning of June 2023. July 3, 2023 I finally received a call from them, expecting that the parts were now in and that the service team would be coming to make the long awaited repair. Instead they told me that they would not be doing the repair and that no parts were ever ordered. 3 Months guys…………. that’s what I waited to find out this lame answer.Buyer Beware …….They will sell you a Nice Hot Tub………but there will be no Service once they take your Money.I Called another Company in Lethbridge on July 3, 2023 they came today July 4, 2023 to have a look. Took out the Cracked piping and will be returning to finish the Job this Thursday or Friday. Total Repair Time 1 Hour.As a Customer that has been with you for Seven Years this is so inconsiderate. You have lost my business for good, and I will make it my mission that others will be aware of this and to shop elsewhere in Lethbridge for Hot Tubs, Spas, Supplies and Service.

I had the Technicians from Backyard Leisure come to my place today to deliver and install my new Beachcomber Hybrid (Dec 7, 2022). They were professional, pleasant, and very eager to ensure that the placement was what I wanted. They also walked me through the maintenance steps.Apart from that, the process from purchase to delivery was terrific. At this point, I highly recommend this business.

Just had Jayden and Steven install a pre-owned Beachcomber 750 at our place in the Crowsnest Pass. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They set the whole tub up and gave advice and tips for a smooth startup. Richard did a great job coordinating the install and booked us on another delivery to save some $$$. Highly recommend!
