We were very surprised and pleased at the quick response to our request for an in-house assessment. The agent who came the next day knew the product very well and was able to answer all our questions and reassure us that if we did purchase the stairlift it would be installed quickly. We did agree to buy and a week after the initial visit it was installed and working. We love it and it has made our home so much safer. We can now stay in our home for a few more years. We did have a small problem in the first week which was taken care of the day after we called for help.

Fast professional services from the first phone call up to the installation date. My mother loves her stairlift. She is now pain free going up and down the stairs.

Before the purchase of our Acorn stair lift, climbing our 17-step staircase was about as daunting as scaling Mount Everest. My wife loves the stair lift! It's comfortable and easy to operate, with some built-in safety features that are appreciated. It conveniently folds up when not in use, and it fits in nicely with our décor. All those involved with the selection through installation of our stairlift were professional, knowledgeable and personable. No question was left unanswered. We are very pleased with the clean install and the appearance once installed. Above all, we are pleased with the ease of operation and new found freedoms we experience now that this aid is in our home!

Every step of the way, from phone call to estimate to install, the people at Acorn were first rate. They actually answer the phone , every time and the salesman that came for a estimate was very knowledgeable and professional. The installer was very proficient and competent. I rarely give a 5 star rating on any product, but Acorn has been exceptional. From John our salesman, Lisa in your office to Mo our technician ,service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly, informative and efficient. Never any pressure to purchase and listened carefully to our needs.I really like our stairlift and feel very safe when going up our very steep stairs. Even my husband is now using it all the time. Super clean efficient professional and friendly install. could not be more pleased. Installed in 2019 for 98 year old mother in law. smooth working with handy battery backup. One service call last week (May 2023), technician was onsite in less than twelve hours and resolved in two hours. charges were fair and reasonable even out of warranty. Lifetime warranty on motor if needed. Thanks ACORN!

Choosing an Acorn stairlift has been a very positive experience for us. It took some convincing to get my husband to agree to having one installed, but we have had it for a couple of weeks now and he loves it. It has certainly made our lives easier. The service we got from Acorn was excellent. The stairlift was installed very efficiently and in a timely manner. Chris, who was the installer, was a very pleasant and experienced worker who did an excellent job. The sales person, Ronnie, communicated very well with us and was a pleasure to deal with. The sales and installation services are very professional, kind, and detailed. The design is wonderful without any potential sharp edge and the trail is simple, solid and smooth that is especially friendly to aged and kids. The chair runs stable and robust with perfect pattern design, e.g. slowing down pretty much when making turns that makes users feeling safe. The sound during running is low enough. If the reminding sound could be softer, rather than just simple beep"

We took a while to get everything set to have installation, but once ready all went very smoothly with excellent installation by a very attentive and informative installer. Now, a week after installation, I am quite happy and used to using it several times a day. Our only complaint? The batteries in the remotes were dead and we replaced them with Duracell copper tops.
