I got a phone call from Dr. Epstein’s office. I missed the call, so I called back. A woman answered and when I said I had a missed call, she said I call a lot of people, I don’t know why I called you, did I leave a message? I said no and as I was asking another question, she said ok, thanks bye and hung up.

I found this doctor to be kind, compassionate and listed to my concerns. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Posting this review on my behalf of my dad:Dr. Epstein has fundamentally saved my life in identifying the root cause of my heart failure problem. And with the expertise and highly experienced Surgent Dr. Wong together with his excellent team in performing safely and successfully a complicated open heart surgery operation in fixing all my heart problems.Dr. Epstein promptly identified correctly my heart problem and thereby with his sound solution, arranged all the critical tests and checks in Royal Columbian Hospital.Dr. Epstein started with arranging me to have an ultra sound test which quickly identified that I had a leaky heart valve. He then performed TEE and determined that my leaky heart valve is repairable. This was to have well advanced planning and preparation for open heart surgery. He further proactively arranged me to have angiogram done in Royal Columbian Hospital. It was unexpectedly found out that 100% block in one of my arteries and 80% block in other three arteries. He was absolutely and sensibly making the incredible appropriate decision which saving me in fixing three problems in all-in-one open heart surgery operation.Dr. Epstein is a very nice, personable, lovely smile, and very thorough in examining me. He took the time to listen my concerns. He is an incredible intelligent doctor, very understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable, experience cardiologist. An excellent doctor that Canada should be proud of him in saving numerous people’s life.

I felt like he disregarded anything I had to say.
