They sold me a damaged ottoman and despite my efforts to email them, they have been non responsive - convenient given that their return policy is only 14 days and I reside 2.5 hrs away from their closest location (5 hr round trip).They’re very quick to respond to a sale but be aware, when they sell you a damaged item, they abscond.They wash out the bad reviews, likely because the incentive they offer if you write a positive review. I would suggest sorting the reviews by lowest to highest and look at the products they sell and the condition they’re in.Will be disputing the credit card transaction due to the item being damaged. Never would have thought the lack of care and consideration for their customers when an order goes wrong

I have only received exceptional service from Wazo Montreal. I've bought a coffee table and 6 dining chairs on two separate occasions, and the customer service is beyond what I would expect.The dining chairs (my last purchase) were showing as sold out on the website but when I contacted customer service via chat, I received a response within 2 hours and was in communication directly with Stephany. She was able to address all my questions, process my order, and ensure I still received the Black Friday discount. She was organized, polite, and so friendly. It was a seamless experience. I highly recommend Wazo. Their furniture is of high quality with the customer service to match!

We purchased 10 chairs and they are absolutely fabulous. One of the chairs had a slight imperfection. A quick email to customer service, and Christine was all over it. She sent a replacement right away. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Recently bought the Acacia Live Edge Dining table. This is my first experience shopping with Wazo and truly speaking it has been great. Stephany, the store representative at Montreal location, is an amazing person. She gave her maximum time understanding our requirements and suggested the best possible option. I would definitely recommend this store and would come back again to buy more furniture for my house in future.

At first I had no idea about that store, I heard about it from a friend of mine who purchased a very elegant dinning table.We went to check it out and I was impressed by the different options they have, we ended up purchasing a dinning table and chairs. The customer service was great, big shout out to Lydia for helping us out. We are very happy about our purchase. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

I love my dinning table, bench and leather chairs. Although I have to mention that the edge of my bench was sharp and needed to be polished, therefore I asked Wazo to exchange it and it was done easily.The carrier(Movemate) was terrible because they left all the boxes downstairs and didn’t bring them up. I asked and mentioned that my building has an elevator, they simply refused to do so. Imagine you pay 2k, but you have to carry very heavy boxes yourself.The product is very good so as customer service (Christine) but carrier was terrible.

Since i have seen several people having the same issue, on other websites with this same company, I thought I'd share my very poor and less than stellar experience with Wazo Furniture, that I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND.I ordered an Acacia Live Edge Table of over $1100 value. This was in December 2021. On May 10, 2022, I see a huge crack appear, definitely not a natural one. Out of a sudden. Nothing heavy was put on the table, I barely use it. I contacted the customer service who told me I was supposed to apply an oil to avoid cracks. Please see the pictures below.A wood specialist came to evaluate the table condition and provide advice on what could be done and told me that it seems like there was already a primary crack that was covered with glue and no amount of oil could have prevented this crack to appear. I contacted the Customer Service and they told me that I should have known to apply the oil. NO ONE, has spoken to me about an oil or any type of product required for this.I was never refered to the website, no particular indications on this, and anyway this type of crack is clearly negligence from them that should have been covered by the one-year warranty. This is a serious information that they have omitted to provide to consumers and they can't assume this is known by all. Less than 6 months of regular use and a huge crack appears like that, this is no beauty imperfections, this is negligence. Their products are gorgeous, but this is the worst service ever for a table of this amount. I also did not appreciate the way I was talked to by the manager who condescendantly said that 'everyone who buys a product of this amount should check on how to maintain it'' Well, when you buy an over $1000 item that is supposed to be high quality, you don't question if it will crack in 2 don't you?Nonetheless, as per the specialist it would have without any doubt cracked anyway since it's been **glued**You can see it on the pictures. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. The worst purchase ever. Beware of buying there, very attractive products and publicity but you can end up with a beautiful broken piece of a worth over a 1000$ with a execrable after service. Now, they did try try accomodate with a gift certificate but what do I do with this table now ? Pay an extra 500$ to have it fixed ?! This is CLEARLY a case of negligence and should have been handled by their one year warranty, BE CAREFUL. I sincerely think that after all the reviews I have read, and considering how huge this crack is, that this is a case for consumer protection.

I purchased furniture from Wazo furniture in mid-May for a move in date in June and paid for a storage fee of $150 until the pick-up date. At the last moment, I had to cancel my order due to unexpected circumstances. I went to the Wazo store in Montreal and after explaining my situation to the sales agent, Kelvin, I was put in contact with Christine, the sales manager. She got in contact with the warehouse, cancelled my order and agreed to refund me the cost of the furniture minus the storage fee that I had incurred up to that point. I should be expecting my refund in 10-30 calendar days. Thank you Christine for your fast, courteous and professional service. I truly appreciate it.

I've purchased many items from them. Unfortunately this time around I'm having a terrible time returning a damaged chair that also showed up with missing parts :-(. I have relentlessly tried to reach their customer service via email and then by phone. After being put on hold for over 30mins, I tried their FB page - nothing - I even went to the store - they couldn't help me . Very discouraging,. I would not recommend.
