Dr. Pouteau is a wonderful doctor. Anybody would be lucky to have her as a doctor. She is compassionate, caring and an appointment with her never feels rushed. She is wonderful and QFHT is lucky to have her.

My husband and I have been patients since 2016 when we moved to Kingston. Our Family Doc is amazing and we find the entire team is very pleasant and efficient. We have had no issues at all, receive great care and would highly recommend to others.

I and my family have been patients for over 14 years. Never once did we have any difficulties getting an appointment with our Doctor, always caring and accommodating. The nurses, receptionists, everyone we have had contact with have been kind, professional and deserving of respect.

Dr Stephenson abandoned me when I was in a medical crisis. She exacerbated my condition to the point where I almost died. She is no longer my Dr. and I am left to fend for myself with trying to get my life saving medications. Don't dare disagree with her or you will be sorry.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea something like six months ago. I literally cannot receive treatment. I did not receive any communication back from the Kingston hospital sleep clinic, they never answered their phones nor responded to voice mail, so I asked Queens Family Health to get in contact for me. They supposedly did, but they themselves never follow up. Every time I try to connect with them myself, I'm on hold so long that the office closes. It's incredibly bad. My mechanic emails me notification that my car needs an oil change but I cannot get treatment for my own health concerns. I don't even know if I have any options either... I can't get them to transfer the results to some other provider. I'm literally at the point of considering going to the states and paying out of pocket. One star for the doctors who are actually good... but what's that matter if you do not receive treatment, right?

Absolutely the most frustrating place to get any sort of answers from any doctor and refuse to fill out forms they need to. I recently had a horrendous visit with my GP and I quit being a patient pretty much. They don't care about playing games with your life threatening conditions to see specialists or to see what to do with chronic pain. Refuse to prescribe any sort of pain killers with concrete evidence of pain. Constantly violates disability laws and human rights and discriminates. You only get student doctors not see your actual doctors and constantly being recorded in rooms so no privacy which is a breach of confidentiality and also made me really uncomfortable. So much wrong at this site

I've been a long-time patient at this clinic, because no other doctors were taking new patients at the time and I had been without a family doctor for 10 months prior. I have noticed a significant under-resourcing of front-desk staff since COVID, as is the case everywhere. I used to be able to call and wait a few minutes on hold; now I repeatedly am disconnected after 10+ minutes of being on hold and have to start all over. It's a terribly frustrating experience. I KNOW everyone there is doing their best and is so over-worked, but it still makes health care very challenging for patients. I give kudos to all the staff, nurses and doctors who are doing their best under very trying circumstances. I wish there was a viable solution to our health care crisis, because it definitely is impacting quality of life and longevity for many, IMO.

Worst reception ever! They never answer the phone, it's easier to get through to a government office! They're rude when they do answer and they can't relay the necessary information to the corresponding Dr! Never in all my 16 years of being a parient have I been more disgusted with a group of receptionists from the 2nd floor office!!!

Been my family medical practice since I was a child and have always had a good experience and solid support from the doctors during my minor to major health issues. Yes their booked solidly months in advance but everyplace is right now. I do wish the phone menu didn't take so long to get through at times though and that I'd actually see my doctor occasionally in person instead of varying assistants.

I've been a QFHT patient for several years and I can't thank them enough for all they have done through different phases in my life including open heart surgery.
