Great service with good food. They share space with a truck stop so cut them some slack on atmosphere. They do pretty darn good!

It took at least five minutes for the three staff members to acknowledge that we were standing at the counter, even though we were the only ones at the counter and there was a car in the drive through line. No pleasantries at all. We felt like we were being a burden. I would have loved a bit of ice for my root beer and they downright refused to give it to me even though we advised we would not complain about the diluted root beer but would complain about the service. Confusion on filling the order. We had to remind them what we ordered . Not a pleasant experience.

Once again this location is disappointing!Cooks need training! You don't 'butter' the buns w/ condiments! You don't fix orders by tossing the missing ingredients in a bag!Mistake everytime at this location! How far in advance are you cooking the meat? Mine were ice cold and drier than 80 yr old shoe leather! Get on it!

At 1030 on Friday, drive through sign still on but can't order food. Please turn off sign when closing, so people don't get confused.

This little stop is one of my favorite, I usually are on my way to hike in Horseshoe Canyon or on my way to visit family in Brooks, it's always breakfast and A & W does have one of the best fast-food breakfast, see you next time

The person at the kill did not know what was on their new ring or burgers. He had to go back and ask somebody then I found out there’s no manager on duty no supervisor on duty and they don’t know if the manager will be back in tomorrow what a bunch of disarray

The washroom in this building that services A&W, Pizza Hut, and Esso is small, dirty, and smelly!Really would be good to see a bathroom renovation!
