Purchased something from the website on Monday and paid for expedited shipping to have it here be thursday. It’s now Saturday and the product hasn’t even shipped yet and there’s been no communication from the company. Won’t be buying from them again.

SHEDS ! Thousands of fine polyester threads are on everything and almost impossible to get off of your furniture your skin your clothing your bedding, towels ... I have honestly never seen anything do this before they will be returned immediately to Costco however the expensive and labor of trying to remove all of these fine threads is going to be a lot. Absolute nightmare if you have allergies or any kind of skin sensitivity!!
