I rented a unit while my garage was rebuilt. The location was perfect for me, access to the facility and security were first rate. Signing up was easy, and billing / payment by credit card made it all quite painless. A good selection of unit sizes so I was able to rent a unit just big enough for my needs. Staff are helpful, and were available when I needed them. Also very useful to be able to purchase packing supplies and a padlock from the office.Recommended!

Rented storage at the okotoks location. Plenty of storage options at a fair price. Easy access to my unit. Charlene, and I believe her name was Anita, were fantastic to deal with while checking in and getting set up. Very pleasant experience all around, highly recommend

I had an amazing day experience purchasing boxes from this location. Char helped me pick out the right sized boxes and ensured I had everything I needed. She was lovely to deal with and had exceptional customer service skills. I highly recommend anyone going to her for their moving needs!!! So grateful for the wonderful experience!

This is our second unit we've had with StorageMart at 2 different locations over the years, and we've never had any issues. Management has been great to deal with, units and facilities are always clean (and taken care of in winter months). Will continue to use them whenever we need!

The Okotoks Storage Mart team was great to deal with and very helpful when it came to finding the right solution for our trailer. While we have sold the trailer, we will be coming back if we ever buy another. Very convenient and close to town with competitive pricing.

I found the whole system easy and well organized. The woman at the call Center was great and Charlene in okotoks was extremely helpful. Fast and accommodating. I will return when needed. I feel very comfortable leaving my belongings here.

I have been renting a Storage Mart unit in Okotoks for almost 10 years now and they have been exceptional to work with. Specifically when dealing with Char and Annette at their Okotoks office. Extremely friendly, helpful and sweet!Highly recommend!
