Walked in for a scheduled mani pedi - very friendly welcome and chat by the owner - the tech I got however was THE WORST one I have ever experienced - barely any pumicing or working on my heels - when I asked they said that I needed to pay for an ‘extra’ pédicure so I’m like ok - then barely any trimming of the cuticles and she did the scrub and put lotion on - she started to put the polish on and she had not even shaped nor trimmed my nails. I objected and she started speaking rapidly with the owner and was upset - I asked how much I owed her but she only spoke to the owner so I handed her a 20 and walked out - as I left I realized my heels were bleeding - terrible experienceEDITED to add a response - 1. The only reason i was 'distracted with the color options' was because I said i did not want gel color on my toes and kept asking for help with this which i was trying to get. 2. My toes were not filed, shaped and only two of my toes were clipped that's it. 3. The technician did not complete the job as she only put clear base coat in two toes and I stopped the service due to lack of communication and dissatisfaction with the work done that does not even cover a basic pedicure in other salons. 4. I asked the technician repeatedly how much I owed her for the work she had done and she did not at any point provide an answer to which I handed her the cash I had. Yes you were present but you only spoke to her and did not assist to resolve the situation even though you clearly knew what was happening and was speaking to her on the matter. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that 430 was ok, I showed up on time and waited patiently for 20 minutes while other clients were finishing up. It happens. I was really excited to try a new salon but am saddened by this experience and the techinician's attitude. I get that it was towards the end of the day but would have preferred that I had been told that you were all booked up instead.

I like short nails, I would say that's my only complaint. I like the place she gets to know her clients if you give her a chance. She greets all customers with smile and remembers names well. Mother, daughter duo are friendly and kind. I like going there. I have had frustrations but I do enjoy going.

I went here for a pedicure and upon completion, I paid the At the desk and was on my way. The lady shouted out in front of the entire salon NO TIP?" As if I'm obligated to pay extra on the service that I received.. I'm sorry but I need businesses to remember that a tip is not a mandatory part of the service and that it's completely voluntary

The best place in Lasalle. Very friendly and professional. I always have great nails from extensions to design, they can do anything. Their pedicures are amazing.I really don't understand their google rating. I five them a 10 stars ⭐

I've been going there for months for my manicures and pedicures. I'm always 100% satisfied with the service, they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and are very personable.

I haven't been in years but this was one of the best nail manicures I've had in a long time. I rebooked right away even with the extra charge for removal which is normal at most nail salons. I hope I get the same nail tech.

When I first entered the salon, I said hi and asked if they have space left for the day. They all looked at me then looked at themselves and started talking in their language. They didn't even reply to me: customer service at its finest. Then they told me to wait a little and so I did. After choosing my colour a man assigned me my seat. He applied the nails and shaped them in a rush before applying gel. Then he didn't even touch them anymore and applied colour straight away, which resulted in bumpy, uneven and weirdly shaped nails (even the length was uneven). I perfectly understand that I walked in without scheduling an appointment, but they were not busy at all and I was ready to leave a good tip if I was to be happy with the results. But I was extremely disappointed with both the results and their customer service. When I came back three weeks later to have my nails removed, the lady who took care of it did not even know how to remove nails, she did so with some tweezers which was hurtful and scratched my nails. They are totally unprofessional and a waste of money... Made myself a note to never go back there again.

Terrible service, rude and wouldn’t explain the differences to me between gel and shellac. Yelled out for me to make up my mind. I walked out.

This place looks cute and charming, it’s conveniently located and I will be giving them a try soon, I find it sad that people feel the need to slander a business for TikTok views..read all the reviews before you judge a business.. half of them are from the US.. didn’t realize the pandemic was fully finished and we had all these tourist in Montreal..

I'm so glad my friend recommended me this salon. I had such a great experience! Not only were my nails beautifully done, I also had a nice, engaging conversation with the lady who did them. I would definitely come back to avail of the good services they offer and as well as for their hospitable environment.
