Great service. The associates were very helpful in helping find the correct paint colour match however the store was out of stock on the colour that we needed. The associate called 3 different stores to help assist us in finding available stock however there was no available stock in the city. Hopefully they get the paint colour in stock soon.

The guy who helped us out made us feel like we were stupid. It's our first time buying paint and didn't make us feel good. Never will come back

Older gentleman at the front has horrible customer service skills. Snappy and not informative at all. Ask a question and he just grumbles about it. Girl in the back mixing paint was great and way more helpful. She should be running the front.

Went in on Saturday at 210 for a simple color match. Adam told me it would be 30- 45 minutes because the sample I had wouldn't read on the machine . He suggested leaving the sample and picking it up another r day. He obviously had no interest in trying to match this paint with only 50 minutes to closing time. I left and went across the street to Home depot. 5-10 minutes later I was on my way with a perfectly computer matched gallon and the sundries I needed. I would say poor customer service however I can't because I didn't receive any customer service at all.

I had to get a custom solid stain mixed and got a new employee. He was not fast, but given his experience, I appreciated the fact that he persisted until he got it right. The match for my touch ups was bang on.

Great place for industrial grade drywall and painting supplies. Including paint. Salesman even pointed out that one of the items we were looking for was cheaper across Keneston at the Building Foundation place.Definitely on my list for home renovation supplies.
