The amount of incompetence from this company and how they deal with arising issues baffles me. When calling about a very serious trespass regarding their employee’s violation of private property rights, the company decided it was a good idea to blame connectivity issues for refusing the call. They then had the audacity to tell us to“try again tomorrow”. That is NOT how you resolve an impending issue of such severity. Highly recommend people do their research before working with this company that thinks they can get away with how they handled the situation.
