Aroma Espresso Bar
Tasty with a side of major attitude!We sat on the patio and got the steak sandwich, tomato soup, espresso and mango smoothie for almost $45!The only problem was the AAPI girl with the lashes that was working the coffee station today was hella rude! She rolled her eyes at customers, slammed my soup down so hard that it spilled everywhere. Luckily she was nice enough get me a new tray, then I nicely asked her to toast my sandwich bc I forgot to mention while I was ordering, so she shouted to the back: can you toast that sandwich, she wants it toasted now. But imagine it with the most annoyed tone ever.Anyway, hope she or her someone checks her attitude soon, that type of sauce was not appreciated.The rest of the experience was pleasant.

Aroma Espresso Bar
Location has the new decor package. It has a seasonal patio. One has a choice of paid city parking or free parking in the side streets surrounding this locations.Much, much better food choices compared to the other coffee chains with in house baked pastries and breads and a great selection of salads, a good all day breakfast and many other dishes.Clean, modern washrooms.

Aroma Espresso Bar
Lovely atmosphere run by lovely staff. While I find all Aroma chains to be pricey, that is the cost of doing business and its how they are able to have such nice menu items, good service, and a great treat-yourself, almost luxurious experience. This feels like a local spot with regulars, staff and other customers seemed to know each other. The store was spotless and beautiful. It has a large array of seating at the front and back of the store, as well as patio seating when the weather is warm. The staff member was nice enough to indulge my indecisiveness and was able to recommend a latter flavour for me and made an extra effort to ask what type of flavours I like. That is above and beyond service. As a retail worker myself, I know how annoying that can be. Thank you again to that person! There is no parking lot, but I was lucky enough to grab a 1hr spot on the residential side street right there. I'm not sure how or where morning commuters would park for a quick pick up in the morning. This seems like a lovely place. Did I say it seems lovely yet? It's lovely.

Great food! Service quality varies depending on the staff. The grilled portobello sandwich is superb. The ingredients are fresh and delicious . The fresh bread baked in store is what makes aroma stand out from other chain espresso bars and cafes. Good working environment.

I love this Aroma. The staff are always lovely, the food is fresh and the atmosphere is really nice. The only thing I would change is the music, there is always loud dance music playing and it would be nicer with more ambient coffee house style music.

Love the decor, the music is chosen nicely. Food is good, I personally prefer the bowls and the pastries. Never failed to deliver in taste. The only reason why this is not a 5 star review is the espressos are not good. Don’t think the baristas are knowledgeable to make the correct espresso drinks.

My experience felt VERY uncomfortable. I heard the management yelling extremely loudly during my stay, and their salads don't even look like they had roasted veggies. They're liars! Would rather go to a Tim Horton's close by than hear the owners and their outrageous volume of insults

THE BEST AEB in Toronto, georgous outdoor and indoor dinning with outstanding management and customer service. Menu is great and prices just right. The music, flower boxes and the surrounding area makes it a perfect day.

The absolute worse coffee shop experience of my entire life. 1.) The atmosphere was horrible. I came in so find a nice spot to do some school work and could not focus because of the god-awful music they were playing. I’m pretty sure it was the worse essay i have ever written. I could not focus on anything. 2.) The drinks were very bad. I ordered an espresso because i figured that since it has ‘espresso bar’ in its name the espressos would be good but i was wrong (which also made me lose focus on my essay). And the worst part of my experience were the owners/managers. The workers looked like they haven’t slept in weeks and all the managers did was snap at them. The poor quality of drinks is also their fault if they were the ones who trained them. All in all, I’d suggest going somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. I’d give this a 0 star if i could.
