Helpful staff, sizes that fit and good quality clothes every time

Didnt have much stuff Affordable. Very boring and dull atmosphere. Staff was very unapproachable. Wouldnt go there unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars for old fashion and dull stuff.

Completely mortified today when I was looking through a rack of dresses and it was immediately pointed out to me that the plus size dresses were over there" with a sly smile. I never even got asked what my size was nor did I ask or did I try engage in convo. Minding my own business. This associate just went out of her way to make sure I stopped looking in that section. Left almost immediately in tears.Whats more sad is I just read a review saying the same thing. So disgusting in this day and age. Do better."

EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE.Also they are liars .If there is less than one star or ZERO in the rating, I would have chose it.They didn’t accept to return my stuff which literally I haven’t touched at all.The cashiers were rude and the customer service is extremely bad. They ruin my 2nd shopping experience in this store.Even though it was only my 2nd time shopping from there but I will NEVER EVER come back again.PLEASE, Everyone who read this comment, I advise you to NOT go to this store.The worst experience ever!!!!!

Worst experience ever! I went in today-May 15th, around 7:30pm, no even said hello when I walked in, I looked around for about 10min, picked 3 dresses that I wanted to try, no one came to ask me if I need help or if I need a room to try them on, so was already about 7:45 and I went to one of the cashiers from there and asked if I can try the dresses that I picked; then with alot of attitude she told me “well we are closing in 10min theres no time”, and I told her that I’m not going to take more than 5min and she gave me a dirty look! Not going there ever again, I rather buy online then to go to this store, she just ruin my evening; and I just noticed that alot of people were complaining about the customer service from this location hopefully the management will change something about these grumpy people that work there..

Went in to get a wool jacket, the last one on the rack was exactly my size and at a discounted price. Customer service was excellent and friendly. A very easy transaction.

Will not be visiting the store in this location ever again. A year ago I had a very uncomfortable experience but decided to go back half a year ago where it was a different sales person and it went ok. Not excellent but ok. Today I was absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service and blatant discrimination. No one said hello, I spent good 10 min with a few dresses in my hands and when I realized no one is coming to put them in the changeroom I had to place them down on one shelf. Unfortunately they fell down and only then a rude salesperson approached me with a condescending tone asking if I needed help to which I replied I needed those dresses in the changeroom. She took them and coming back instead of asking what I am looking for immediately pointed out that the plus size dresses were on the other side. I noticed other reviews mentioning the same thing. Quite inconsiderate. After I tried one dress and left it hanging on the hook she came over with again condescending tone to tell me that those dresses are very expensive and should not be left like that. I went beck to the changeroom got dressed and on my way out asked for a manager. Manager said she was sorry I felt that way but I could tell she was just saying it for the sake of saying something. Very discriminatory store and will not have my business again nor anyone I know.

Horrible customer service. I came to this store a year ago for a dress and was completely ignored the whole time I was there so I left because I felt so uncomfortable. Today I thought I would give it another try and was so surprised when someone asked me if I needed assistance. I told the lady I was looking for a dress for a formal event. She brought me over to the dresses and then left. I picked out 4-5 to try on and had to go looking for her to help with a change room. While in the change room she didn't come check once to see how things were going or see if I needed anything. I did need a hand but figured maybe she was busy with another customer. I fell in love with a $400 dress but just had a general sizing question. When I came out of the change room I see the associate standing by the front but not with another client. This lady just had no interest in helping me and was completely unapproachable. I am disgusted by how I'm treated in this store and will not return a third time.
