Both instructors Raylene and Kendal (El?) LOL we're awesome instructors. Super friendly super knowledgeable. Very interactive course and took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable and understood the material. Will definitely recommend it to others looking to get certified. Thank you!

I took the first aid course at families matter and the course was on schedule. The presentation was also very clear and concise and I loved the activities that were associated with the topics it made the day go by faster. It was a great training !!!
