Good food, good ambiance. I like the White truffle tuna carpaccio. Definitely a unique menu item that you don't find anywhere else.

We went on a Wednesday night so not too busy. Service was good and the place was comfortable. Yup, this is one of the best sushi places in Winnipeg. Their green tea alone is superbly smooth. Any sushi place I go to, always get the Philadelphia roll. Their version had a lot of cream cheese in it, which is great. Options on specials are a diverse. Definitely will back to try them all.

I ordered through skip and I can seriously say this was the worst sushi I've ever had. I've always heard very good reviews so I don't know what happened. The order we received was sloppy, for example, all our Maki rolls had opened and were mixed together. Anything with tempura tasted soggy and stale. It was disappointing. It wasn't a special dinner for us. Just felt like ordering in sushi. Not good.

We went there as 2 couples for a dinner out. The food was decent but nothing over the top. Even the roll that came highly recommended was tasty but nothing mind blowing. The server was very nice and attentive she did a great job taking care of us. The place it's self seems a little run down. The decor needs a little pick me up. Overall it was a decent experience but nothing to brag about.

This is the only sushi restaurant in Winnipeg to offer gluten-free tempura! The is the best sushi restaurant in Winnipeg in terms of food and service! The atmosphere is okay. I recommend take out. I love the Spicy Ben Roll and the Banana Tempura with Frozen Custard! It's like a banana-cream pie! Yum!

Emmm, I could say it was a disappointed dinner experience. The price it was high for such rolls like these in small portions, but it taste ok. The deep fried soft shell crab was a disaster to try, and it cost $15. It was my first time to be here, and I don't know where all these high five comments came from. Service was fine.

The food here was absolutely divine and very affordable! We started with the beef gyoza and vegetable tempura; both were delicious. Next we enjoyed the caterpillar roll and unagi combination. The banana tempura was the perfect ending to the meal and I'll be thinking about it for a long time to come.

We got lost on our way here, but we called the restaurant and the person answering the phone very kindly directed us on how to get there :-)Not very busy. Food came pretty fast after ordering!Food was great and very tasty—I liked the Spicy Ben the most. The Tuna Tataki was also really good!!!A little on the more expensive side, but that’s just sushi. Our server was very nice!

My most favorite sushi restaurant in the city. Many sushi restaurants have come and gone over the years, and many favorites are no longer around. But Blufish is still here. Even through the pandemic, their food through delivery has continued its high standards. You can tell a lot about a sushi restaurant by the quality of their sashimi. Any amateur can take canned tuna and roll it into maki, but it takes a qualified, experienced chef to prepare and serve sashimi at the highest standards. I'm no chef, but I know quality sashimi when I taste it. I've tasted amazing sashimi, terrible sashimi, and everything in between. Blufish places high as amazing sashimi. Despite my compliments about their delivery standards, dining in the restaurant is still beyond measure. Anybody who hasn't done so simply must. Service is accommodating, the environment is cozy and warm, and the food tastes best when it is freshly prepared. If you are a sushi aficionado, you owe it to yourself to give Blufish a try. You will keep coming back like I do!

Been here many times before plays and sometimes make the long journey just for the great sushi. Find the visited once and feel expert enough to review pretty odd. Blufish scallops, Spicy Ben, are favourites. I have eaten at most of the Sushi restaurants in Winnipeg over the years and this is the most tasty.
