The quality of jewelry and other stuff is excellent. But the staff and employees are too much harsh and rude. They don’t know how to attend the customers. Very arrogant and abrupt behavior by the employees with customers.

I wish I could choose no star. Worst customer service ever. Lady who seems like owner of the store is so arrogant and doesn’t know how to talk to others. She has no sense at all to talk to customers. I regret visiting this store and would not recommend to anyone to go to this store. Moreover she was measuring the fabric less than the measurements marked and refused to accept and started insulting us when she was caught and proved wrong after measuring wrong length.Note*So whenever someone shops there , make sure you get the actual length of fabric you ask for. Be cautious that you might be attacked with the rude behaviour and false language if you ask to make sure that you get what you order. Worst place to visit.
