Store manager told me to come to store to replace a faulty pen explaineddidnt have the receipt said it was okay, drove over 40 minutes just for another employee to turn me away would no come to this one any more

Great customer service if you ever have an issue. I went in and asked for a specific type and didn't notice they gave me a more expensive type with a similar name until I got home and opened it. The manager called me the next day after I emailed them and he offered me a free gift bag with 3.5 grams of good marijuana which more than made up for the extra cost of my original purchase. Very happy and I will keep coming back.
