Absolutely terrible customer service. When I specifically asked for a LARGE fry and LARGE drink they gave me small. They need new headsets or a policy put in place where they get tested for hearing. I had to go back and pay for a LARGE again because of the incompetence of the employees they have. Won’t be visiting this location again. You can tell they have zero education or customer experience, I guess that’s what happens when you get paid 12$ an hour.

The service was really slow and the guy at the second window didn't even acknowledge me. I sat there for 5 mins and only during the last minute I actually saw someone. When the order was ready he just handed it the window. I would have like to see better communication between them and myself. Just let us know it's going to be a few mins and then at least say thank you when handing out the order. The food was good :)

Always a safe bet. This restaurant is very clean. The staff are always absolutely excellent. The washrooms are always very clean. Of course the food is always top notch. I feel like the staff here really cares. Thanks so much folks!

Not happy! I order a Dave’s single combo and half way thru eating my fries there are two different hairs on my fries and the manager said I can only give you the $2.75 back because you are going to eat the burger? I said it should be standard that I get the whole meal money back and I get to keep the burger so nope I said fine I’ll starve and give me the full refund. Huge company like Wendy’s can’t afford a burger that they will toss in the garbage anyway wow! Thanks Wendy’s Sault Ste. Marie!
