Couldn’t be more happy. Just received my redwing blacksmiths and they are amazing. Tyrone was amazing to deal with, and the arrived very quickly especially since I live is NS. If you are on the fence don’t be these guys are amazing to deal with. Just buy it!!!!!

This will be my last time entering this place. The manager, Tyrone I think it is, kept making derogatory remarks to me about how little I knew about fishing. I was only looking for a casting rod for my partner. The manager is way too egotistical to ever deal with again.

The staff are helpful, friendly, able to have a fun conversation and go above and beyond to make every visit a great one. I will be contacting them when I buy my 3-8/8

Payment and shipping to Alberta was great and love the selection. Only issue was the axe I ordered was bottom of the barrel. The grain was the worst you could buy so now looking for a new handle and the axe head wasn't made the best. This should have been sent back to council tools for a new one by AROC. Maybe AROC can you help me out with this?Ill update the post if we can fix the issue.Update: The company was more then helpful and was willing to return the axe, but in the end I decided to absorb the cost and make a new handle instead of them paying to ship it back and cost them more just for shipping. The other axe they had on hand had the same issue. This isn't the stores fault since they specialize in fly fishing and not axes. This was more of a quality control issue from Council tools.

On a recent fishing trip my buddy broke off his new Loop Evotec…he contacted the store upon arriving home and had a replacement section in his mail box two days later!!! That is unparalleled and top notch customer service! I have had nothing but positive experiences with the AROC team…keep up the good work guys!

I'm just getting into fly fishing but the staff were very patient and helpful. The rod I bought hasn't caught any salmon yet but I won't blame them for that - yet :)

Went in two days ago to get a new reel. Traveled from out of town to go here specifically. Walked around the store for 10 minutes, looked in the reel case 3-4 times ..no one was interested in saying hello or can I help you . Walked back out the door.
