Booked appointment for service, arrived to be told it was the week before. I originally wanted the week before only to be told they were full and were booking appointments the following week. No attempt to even rectify the situation, didn’t care. Not using this dealer ship anymore to service my vehicle.

Arrived on time for my 11am appt. Explained the problem and that it only happens when engine is warm. Car sat untouched for 45 minutes. Mechanic finally took it for a drive and found nothing. Of course not, engine was cold. No ‘codes’ so nothing they can do. What did mechanics do before codes? Charged me $140 for a diagnostic that found nothing. I assured them, the issue will happen again today (it’s happening) and it’s a serious safety issue (acceleration lag). I went to the dealership because of their experience, I really don’t know why. The problem remains and I’m $140 poorer.

Bought a 2020 Nissan here. Although the staff are professional and kind, the vehicle is junk. I am barely 3 years in and the brakes have almost completely dissolved. I had my previous vehicle for 8 years and did not need to change brakes once. Nissan itself is just a cheap and terrible brand - parts are cheap… Will be looking to sell this shortly and better off in a more expensive but quality car. Again, not to slight the people at this location at all - but the brand is junk.

The purchasing experience was very pleasing. It is always nerve-wracking when you go in with a trade-in to purchase a new vehicle. Our sales rep. Dan was outstanding, he was patient, understanding, listened and presented amazing options. Ultimately we did purchase and picked up our vehicle yesterday I couldn’t be happier, the Burlington Nissan! They have amazing people working for them. It is a very welcoming building and you feel at home the minute you walk through the doors. I highly recommend taking the drive to Burlington Nissan, you will not be disappointed. Though i had a bad experience 4 years back but this time with the car and customer services they provided were awesome. I am really happy with my purchase. Specially my sales advisor was Mr Saz Islami is a very my dear person. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales professional. Also Mr cook was great to meet him. Overall I was very satisfied. Hopefully with new nissan Rogue i will build a strong relationship with this dealership

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Nissan Rogue from Burlington Nissan. Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and personable as well. My car purchase was smooth and easy which I appreciated a lot considering the fact that car shopping can be stressful.Dwayne assisted me with financing and warranty-he was very helpful as well and extremely prompt with his replies.Thank you for the amazing experience!!!
