Excellent attention to detail. Creative suggestions. Family business. All the shades made custom in-house. I upcycled two teak 70’s lamps with crisp new shades - they look fantastic. I’ve since gone back to order a new oversized ceiling shade and really appreciated the openness to collaborate. A Victoria gem!

I was gifted a beautiful vintage teak arc lamp, but it needed a new shade. I was thrilled that not only did Victoria Lampshade Shop carry Danish Bonnet Shades, but they offered a variety of textures and colours. I was also impressed with how well it was packaged. I will be purchasing from this shop again.

I bought a lamp in Istanbul without realizing it had to be hardwired into the electrical to be used. As a renter, I obviously can’t do that.So I took it here to Victoria Lampshade and they put a 12-foot plug on it and rewired all the outlets. The price was fair, and the plug was held up in shipping like everything else is these days, but they were communicative and kept me informed. When it did arrive, they had it ready by their committed time.As you can see, it’s a lovely addition to my home. Plus, I feel like it will be safe to use for decades to come.Thanks for the great work!

How lucky are we to have such an wonderful lamp shade shop in BC! I honestly was worried about how the online zoom meeting process would work living outside of Victoria and planning my custom shades for my MCM lamps (originally my parents' and of sentimental value). Wow, was I wrong! The process was seamless, the advice very knowledgeable and thoughtful, service and product exceptional, and the delivery prompt. I cannot say enough good things about Allison and her team. Don't hesitate ordering a minute longer. You'll be thrilled you did, as am I. Best wishes for your continued success. A true gem of a shop!
