I love going into the high street location! I always am greeted at the door and the girls in there are always so kind. I go in on a regular basis to grab a tea to go and I feel like I've gotten to know the staff as I'm in so often. I began going to David's when I became pregnant and wanted to reduce my caffeine intake -- the staff were able to pull some of the herbal non-caffeine teas and some with low caffeine for me to try. I've tried so many teas and I feel like they're all my favorites. I recently had my baby and went in to grab another tea to go and Michelle & the other staff were so excited for me and again, offered me samples upon walking into the store. I will keep going back to this location -- the staff are lovely and I'm not just a customer, I feel like a friend. 100% recommend!

Small store in Abbotsford. Clean and tidy. Had all the tea gift boxes that I wanted to purchase in the store. Tea is excellent quality.

Had the best customer service with a staff member by the name of Michelle - she was so kind and helpful and super knowledgable.

Great Tea! Very Friendly Stuff. Great Tea. did I said that already? Hahaha My favorite is serenity now. Best with a tea spoon of honey.

I do not have good experience with customer service here usually. 1 time an employee laughed at me because I said I went to the other Dsvidstea too. I shouldnt have said that, but it was so rude for this employee to laugh at me. I've had other encounters like this, so I won't be coming back much

I had a wonderful experience shopping here!! The staff were very friendly, especially one by the name of Michelle. They all had a great knowledge about the products, and some lovely recommendations. :-) Very kind atmosphere!!

Went there yesterday and it was not a pleasant experience. Ive been a customer for many years now and in this location unfortunately I am not satisfied with their customer service. I bought tea from this location a lot of times and it happened a few times that they forgot to give me the 10% discount. When I buy tea I just don't buy the small tins, I always buy the big ones and I buy multiple of those. So 10% discount is really a big difference. Yesterday, we were already driving home when I realized they did not give me the discount so we drove back. When I went inside the store I ask them about the issue and it seems like they did not know what to do. The lady told me that they can't really refund me for the 3 dollars that they charged me for the tin so she ask if she can give me a free " tea instead. How can that be free? So I chose matcha tea

Nice little cute store and I love the colour of the decor. The lemonade is very terrible no sugar at all.

Staff a great, tea is terrible. All the dry tea blends I have tried from Davids are very weak or straight up lower quality than something you can buy at Walmart. The tea store for people who don't know good tea.

I had so fun here on Sunday !! My girlfriend and I bought the ice tea tumbler set, the tea is so fragrant and flavorful!!!
