Amazing experience! Mathew was above and beyond helpful for my great aunt, uncle and I. Answered all our questions and was patient and made sure we were all on the same page. Over all fast and thorough 10/10 recommend, and will always go back for any future business!

Teenage attitude customer service will make you change carriers. No one is trying to help. Lots of unexplained charges. Signed up for the 50$/mo plan. 146.89 being the real cost.Spent an hour in line and w an agent to find out the credit card system was down and I couldnt avoid disconnection since they could not take the payment. Avoid if you like your sanity.

I just went into the store for the first time as my phone had serious charge issues and I had to transfer my SIM card to an older phone that needed an adapter for a larger socket, I asked the gent if he might possibly have an old one from a previous SIM sale and he very quickly found one, tried it and had to find another one that was OK and tested my old phone to confirm the connector circuit issue and test called my old phone. All in a short period of time for no cost and service with a smile as if I just bought a new phone and 3 year plan! I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, he was moving so fast ! :-) THANK YOU

Just a quick word on the help we got today updating our phones at Telus in wood grove mall. It’s not something I look forward to as I find things electronic intimidating but we were taken in hand by Skye Batchelor and she was superb. Identified quickly the options for me and my boy, took the time to transition us from our old devices to our new ones and was exceedingly pleasant as well as competent. A valuable employee. Speaks well for the company to retain talent such as she.

Wanna have your time waisted?? This place has uneducated phone salesman that know nothing about what's going on in their own store. Rude and honestly just plain bad customer service. Place is a joke!
