When I first walked into Floral Diva I was met with top notch professionalism. Carm not only treated me like a customer but I felt like a family member. Carm was warm and was genuinely interested in what type of flower arrangement I was looking for. The price bracket was well in range. I'm totally grateful for the work Carm has done. . Save your money. The arrangement we ordered for a funeral was embarrassing and completely over priced. We contacted the floral shop after seeing the arrangement and they were extremely rude and did not want anything to do with us. At no point did we try to argue with them. We contacted them to explain the price and to find out if there was an error with the order. And I am sure their response to this review will be careless.

For $100 dollars flower they just left in the cold outside which it stayed for hours out didn’t even call me to say hey theirs no one home to receive the flowers. If they had called me I would ask to send next day and just pay another $20 delivery charge. Instead of letting the flowers to die outside.

Picture one of the worst storms in forever on Christmas Eve… When I managed to find this place… I reach out and she lets me know that she will be open Christmas day… She finds the perfect piece for my in-laws and the following day when I’m preparing to pick it up, she offers to drop it off! On Christmas day!? Who does that? Honestly, this kind of thing separates businesses in my opinion… Highly highly recommend. Not to mention the piece is handmade and smells like Christmas incarnate! And yes, the house lights up!!!

I'm too upset to explain the whole story. Terrible product. Buyer beware of purchasing online as my friend got an embarrassing version of photo on their website. They are incredibly hostile and argumentative and don't want to help at all. At this point I'm choosing to let go of this as the money for the refund is not worth the abuse.

Very impressed with the customer service provided by Carm! not only did she answer my phone call after-hours, she supplied two beautiful arrangements for my uncle’s funeral. The arrangements arrived on time and as we requested. I will definitely go back to Floral Diva in the future. Thank you Carm!
