Several times my family has been in this location to order food or to pick up a cake and the service is terrible. You will stand there for five to ten minutes while at least 3-4 counter persons are standing behind the counter walking in circles speaking in a different language, enjoying their conversation rather than helping the customers.Want to get a cake? Wait for them to unlock the vaulted freezer… but you must wait for someone to actually acknowledge you first.Arrogance and lack of customer service is all I have to say.Definitely will not spend my money there again.

My Skor Caramel Blizzad was half melted vanilla ice cream. Skor and Caramel was just sprinkle on top, not mixed in. Seemed more like a vanilla milk shake than Blizzard.

I’ve been here multiple times, the amount of times I’ve had my order wrong, and the amount of times staff members were unhelpful with resolving their mistakes was astounding. I’ve had majority of my burgers stone cold and this last one tasted really old and expired, I won’t even eat it out of fear that I’ll get sick from it. The ice cream portion sizes all around are pretty small compared to other DQs and with their blizzards, expect there to be less mix ins always and sometimes even missing ingredients. Sometimes you get someone who is very friendly and pleasant to be around but majority of the time the people working the counter seem very stand-off-ish. Most of the time is an average to below average DQ, but if you come multiple times, expect every 1/3 times to just be a very unsatisfactory experience and sometimes more hassle than it’s worth.It is, however a very convenient location just off the highway coming through town.I do not know if they have changed hands recently but it wouldn’t surprise me, because their service and food quality just keeps getting worse and worse.If you do need to grab a bite to eat here, try on days and a time when it will be quiet, because they definitely struggle a lot more during busy times.

I am leaving this remark for how awful they made us feel. I usually love DQ's triple chocolate brownie. It became my go to place in the town until this extreme bad experience. Today, I and my friend came to eat here for a third time in a day cause we were busy throughout the day going to library and getting some things done. So came to eat at this location today for more than twice. Employees made us feel so awkward, staring at us when we came in for eating for the third time and started asking us such rude questions that, do you guys just roam here and there whole day?" Like

i usually love this fairy queen. but this experience tonight was a bit frustrating. was rushed through the drive through could barely get our order out before they asked if that was everything. asked for it to be well done and it wasn't at all like i've had in the past and the gravy i ordered was half full. bad service tonight i'm disappointed

15mins with 1 person single order infront of me, then I didn't even receive what I ordered and paid for. Don't know what's happened, but its sure gone downhill fast! Won't be going back.

Ordered the $7 chicken strip meal and chose chocolate cherry for my sunday. I also asked for just the cheese burger from the other $7 meal deal. When I was told my order was over $16 I inquired and found out they tried to charge me $6.75 for just the burger from the $7 deal. They also charged me an extra $1 for my sunday choice, which no other DQ has ever done. The chicken strip basket was delicious but the sunday was disappointingly tiny considering the extra charge.Not the first disappointing experience here but it is most certainly the last.

Went in today to get a cake for my daughters 5th birthday. None of the cakes really caught my eye. Besides the beer mug one but it was for my daughter. Next time... All the staff were very friendly and patient, especially the one fella, never caught his name. He waited while I sent numerous pics of cake to my wife, who was stuck at work, for her input. Still no available cake was deemed suitable. So the patient guy went out of his way to customize a cake for us. It turned out great! I was impressed, and my wife was very happy. Most of all our daughter loved the cake! So to the very friendly, patient, and helpful dude whose name I did not get and the rest of the staff here, thank you! Also the cake was delicious.
