Bad customer service. If you buy 5 items they don't have/ offer any bag for carry. You have to carry all products in your two hands and shoulders. I am really surprised. After shopping you will feel like you visited airport immigration.

We were forced to go to this location during my son's OMHA tournament in Whitby, all other options were closed. Took them over an hour to sharpen his skates. They were very informative throughout the process and the staff apologized for the long wait. The manager ensured us his skates were balanced and ready to go. Great! Even offered us a free sharpening and $20 gift card. We checked one skate it felt good stupid us for not checking both.Game time comes Sunday morning, semi final game in the OMHAs, and my kid can't even stand up on the ice his one skate was so bad. My son worked all year training to crush this team they were about to play, but he couldnt skate!! Goalie partner had to go in and my sons team ended up loosing their chance to go to the finals of the OMHAs.I would suggest you teach your staff how to sharpen skates, or just don't even offer those services .

I ordered a bike online for curbside pick up. I received the ready for pick up" email and when I got to the store to pick it up I was told "it's not ready

Amazing customer service! Every. Single. Time. Lucas on the tech team helped me apply some FF discounts to existing purchases and get my snowboard setup started. Being a newbie I had no idea what I needed to do, but his colleague(didn't catch his name - dude from Whistler you rock!) redid the entire setup for me, despite having fully setup in the other direction. Thanks guys!

Oshawa centre sport check poor customer service and long line ups. One person attending 30 customer. Few employees in different departments but they won't come to cashier in order to help reduce the line ups.They are not short staffed. Just lazy....

Asked for help finding something and someone said they'd get another associate to help me. When no-one turned up I asked again and apparently the guy had gotten sidetracked with another customer. So I ended up just wandering around asking various associates who just sort of gestured vaguely towards the thing I was looking for, which I did eventually find. The gal at the check out said she liked my shirt, though, which was nice of her!

The store it's self seem to be okay but the reoccurring problem seems to be the staff. Took about 15 mins to open up the fitting room. The female staff member that exudes attitude took a moment her check her makeup out in the mirror while literally opening up the fitting room doors. Had the pleasure again to see her again, slowly cashing us out.

Idk if this is an industry wide thing, but there are no people to help you in stores nowadays. Wondered around for 15 min looking for someone to open the fitting room for me, with no luck. Either make sure your employees are in the areas they're supposed to be in, or hire more...you lost out on sales because i had no way to try on my items.
