Stumbled upon this optometrist when I was frustrated with my previous optometrist. I have now visited three times between my children and myself in the last 3 weeks and I am so happy that I made the switch.Dr. Lawendy his very good at what he does, and was great at explaining everything to me about mine and my children's vision.The women at the reception desk, were also great and very friendly. The office itself is really nice inside of the options for glasses are good too.

Dr Lawendy is an excellent, thorough and personable optometrist. His team are friendly and skillful. Having visited several optometrists in the last few years we were delighted to find a practice in which we have confidence at Vue Vision.

Came to see Dr. Lawendy after my optometrist retired and I’m glad I did. He is very talented and great at what he does 100%. I would highly recommend. And if it’s possible to ask for the same assistant every time I will. I get nervous at doctor’s offices and Hiwa was so kind and loveable. I’m use to staff trying to get you in and out like you’re in a line at a grocery store, but she did my tests and helped me with my glasses all while actually taking her time to talk to an old lady like me!

One of the most professional and complete Doctor visits I have EVER had. Answered all my questions and explained absolutely everything that was going on with my eyes. Dr. Lawendy was great and patient with me and I felt I could trust him from the start. Staff were officiant and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a little extra TLC.

Dr. Lawendy is the best optometrist that we both: my husband and myself have ever had. It takes us about an hour and the half to get to Dr. Lawendy office and it is absolutely worth it! Dr. Lawendy is very knowledgeable and professional. He looks after my dry eye condition and my husband's eyes needs. Dr. Lawendy always calls me back if I have any concerns. Great, professional doctor! The girls on the front are very nice and friendly. GREAT PLACE!

Dr. Lawendy is myopia control specialist in London. My 7 years old daughter is very lucky to meet him and get treatment from him. My daughter had eye infection because of seasonal allergy, so I visited him several times. He was patient and cared about the situation we meet, gave us professional advice. I am so appreciate what he did for us. Also his staffs were nice and helpful.

They had me at HELLO! Just moved to London from GTA. Had a great and thorough appt with Dr. Lawendy. For 3 years I’ve had problems with my prescription and haven’t been able to see properly. I picked up my prescription as a new patient after an educated and proper exam with Lawendy for the first time in decades. This is my 5th prescription in 3 years but first one from Vue Vision done by Dr Lawendy. Before his assessment, all of them never worked and I've spent a lot of out of pocket money on lens' that were substandard. Finally these glasses are working for me. And it took switching to Dr Lawendy as a new eye care provider to finally get it right. I'm so grateful. Thank you all for your patience and detailed attention to my complicated vision issues.

Dr Lawendy at Vue Vision Centre is a Godsend. I have been to other eye doctors who couldn't help me but Dr Lawendy was able to pinpoint the issues I am experiencing and has put a plan in place to help me. Dr Lawendy is super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He listens to your symptoms and concerns and treats you as a PERSON, not just a patient. I wouldn't trust any other Optometrist with the care of my eyes. His front desk staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly too. Definitely choose Dr Lawendy for all your eye care needs!

I originally left a very bad review here about Dr. Lawendy's practice that I want to clear up - I'd gotten involved in a mixup as to which services I wanted exactly, and I left feeling very sour about having paid more than I thought I would that day. I assumed the worst about the intentions of the team and so I didn't even bother reaching out to ask for a refund. I just left an angry review. Dr. Lawendy called me as soon as it came to attention, and set it all straight. He offered me a refund on that service without even asking for me to edit that review, and he really empathised with my position in that whole situation. He shared how he has followed up with his team to strategize on how to avoid that kind of situation. And really, it was the kind of mix up that could happen anywhere, anyways. His primary concern was that he never wants a patient to leave with any kind of greivance like I did, and he was worried that if I had made correspondence about the situation prior, it hadn't reached him. From the conversation we shared, I have trust in Dr. Lawendy as a good faith practitioner, a professional who really cares about the health outcomes of his clients. The service I got above and beyond the eye exam was a retinal scan. I think it's precisely because Dr. Lawendy cares about his clients that he is a proponent of this service- it offers an opportunity for very detailed inspection of the health of your eye tissues that mere visual inspection/eye exam will never get you. I would definitely recommend this service, I figure people should do it at least once to know if the retinal tissues are in good health or predisposed to any risk. It was fascinating to be able to see a 3D scan (cross section view like those MRI brain images) of my own retina, and it turned out the tissue was slightly thinner than might be expected. Knowledge is power. I'll get another retina scan in a few years to see if anything has changed on that front.

We have been seeing Dr.lawende since 2019 even when we left London we still drive two hours back and forth to see him for myself and the kids! V knowledgeable and professional
