Jay helped us sell our condo in downtown Toronto while we were living in Los Angeles. He took away all the stress that came with selling a property while out of the country and made it simple. He also got us a price that was $20,000 over what we were hoping for, so needless to say I couldn't recommend Jay more as an agent. We'll be using him again in the future without a doubt!

We were first time home sellers and Jay was very thorough at walking us through the process and made sure we understood what to expect. He arranged for the house to be staged and made some excellent recommendations on a few things to do around the house to make it as presentable as possible. He used several different media to push the house and increase exposure. In the end, he sold our house faster than expected.

First time home buyers Jay Vroom had so much knowledge and was so easy to work with and communicate with. Jay had my house sold before it even went publicly on Realtor.ca. The moment you sign up with him he starts working for you and putting the word out there. Jay seemed to really enjoy a challenge - and he can provide results!He didn't expect me to spend a bunch of money on staging - just to make the place look pretty - he wanted to make sure his name was selling a solid home. So he did check to see if there were any major repairs that I should do, and if I didn't want to do them then the buyer would know up front. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, no matter the price range or the location.
