Just bought a car there and i have to admit the process was just amazing mostly due to the service the Charle Réno have offered me. We did everything online up to the point i went to pick the car up and he was just great, he was always replying to me really fast, did multiple followup with me during the whole time i was waiting for the car to get there, set the appointment at the only time it was possible for me took the time to come see me when i was at the dealer to make sure everything was right and even did a follow up with me this morning to see how i like the car and to make sure everything was right. I truly recommend Volks St-Bruno and Charle Réno !!!

Time to fire the used car salesman with the man bun and acts like he owns the joint. Seems like his famous copy and paste response to people that change their minds is “Why did you come then if you aren’t buying” lol I don’t have to explain myself to you, don’t be salty you aren’t making a sale. If you aren’t happy with your job then go do something else. Or maybe you should stop buying such expensive clothes and jewelry…. then you wouldn’t worry about your commission.Definitely won’t be coming back here, this dealer clearly has a poor sense of leadership and judgement when picking their sales associates. Go to Arbour instead

Came to purchase a vehicle and wasn't aware of how the process worked. Samuel was able to guide me and help me purchase my desired vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional response from the salesman (I will not name publicly). My mother went to buy a Tiguan 2019, slept on it over the weekend and contacted the salesman Monday to inform him that she finally decided to move on with another car. He was very mad and had the decency to tell her “then why did you come if you didn’t want it? You should know the tax and all the expenses before showing up” and hung up the phone on such bad basis. Nothing that can be said to us that will make us go back to this dealership ever again. We got the money but we will take our business somewhere that we will be appreciated and not told something like that. If we were not serious clients we wouldn’t have spent 500$ for a deposit with no way of getting them back anymore since the dealership is 30 km away or taken Ubers worth 100$ to see the car in the first place.Ps: Great at taking deposits over the phone, impossible to get it back unless you go there in person :)Horrible service, my mum’s still in shock and talking about the way she was spoken to. Have some decency while talking to a 60 y/o woman next time.
