Reasonably priced for the work received, and quickly installed. There are other companies that will charge you a lot more and have been in business for longer, but this place gets the job done!

It's been over a year since Alex and team installed custom designed railings on our deck and we have had absolutely no issues. Alex went above and beyond in both customer service and design support. His attention to detail and patience made our project stress and worry free. I highly recommend Metro Vancouver Railings if you have a specific interior or exterior railing design in mind.

Paid $400 for delivery and installation, never got my handrails for my deck. Now they are telling me they won't deliver them or install. Didn't even but bolts in all the spots they needed. Good luck if you choose this company they won't answer the phone or return calls!! Worst company ever!! Being sorry does not make up for the fact that I paid full price for delivery and installation for a job you didn't finish!!It was not a after the fact deal you knew before you took the job that we wanted it delivered and installed. You charged us $400 for delivery and install was part of the job. It's not our fault you did not bring the railing with you! When you left that night you said you were bring back the railing. My husband had nothing to do with your awful install you cracked my stair tread to point I need a new one. The rails are already loose. Point blank you are a awful company. If you cared about your customers you would have called to resolve this.

Quality railings that look super modern, and Alex has great recommendations when I needed some design guidance. Would definitely use them again, and will when I replace another set of railings on my property.

They used my pictures as reference to custom make railings for my house. They turned out looking really great, and add a nice finish to our house. Thank you.

Small companies charge very reasonable fees. Very patient, very responsible. They are happy to help you Even if the order is very small. Alex is is a very good designer. He helped us make the railing of the stairs to match our old railings. He took pains to change a little design Because of my extra request, The most important thing is that he has a very good attitude. He is Very responsible，Very considerate of the client, Very easy to communicate. I used to inquire about them from big companies, They are unwilling to do it because the order is too small, otherwise They charge two to three times and also I need to wait for more than a month. Give you a thumbs up. I wish give you 6 stars if we have it here.

Alex and his staff were approachable, friendly, efficient and professional and we were very pleased with final product - great looking aluminum and glass deck railings and functional, handsome front step railings.
